• i like the room and the free coffee
• the eggs and sausage at the breakfast bar was awful.

“The room was very nice and the staff was nice. The breakfast bar is free, but the sausage was not cook fully and the eggs were the power eggs which were lumpy and did not taste good.”

• The breakfast bar was nice. The staff and maid service were nice.
• The smell of the room was not pleasant. The bathroom needed some work. The mattresses were not that comfortable.

“The hotel was rated a 3-star hotel but lack the luster of other Marriott hotels. The smell in the hotel room was not pleasant. The mattresses were not comfortable. The bathroom was not as tidy as most 3 star hotels and the toilet clogged once. I don't think I will stay at another Springhill Suites.”

• Continental breakfast was amazing!
• One bedroom suite is really a studio suite.

“This hotel was incredibly clean (except of the dead love bugs everywhere at the pool, but it's that time of year in Florida). Also, the continental breakfast was outstanding (sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal, make your own waffles).”

• Bedroom was apart from the rest of the room.
• Entire hotel was non-smoking.

“Hotel was nice. Check in staff was rude and wanted to bill my credit card again, but the check out staff was very friendly and fixed the error since the room was pre-paid. Should let you know that it is a non-smoking hotel online. Don't like to have to go outside to smoke.”

• Very nicely furnished and like new inside.
• The room was near the highway and was VERY noisy. Staff seemed uninterested when I complained about the noise level.

“Great hotel in all respects, just don't let them put you in the rooms at the north end of the property. The road and airport noise are unbearable.”

• Perfect location for visiting Sarasota beaches and eating out in the evenings.
• Nothing. It was great.

“We booked this hotel for a last minute break. searched the net for a good deal and compared most of the sites for prices. We had a fantastic stay for only $69 per night (plus tax)...including breakfast. We have stayed in nice pool & Spa. Would certainly stay there again.”

• The room was great, the breakfast was great too.
• The staff member did not keep the breakfast items supplied in a timely manner, she acted like it was an imposition on her.

“I thought the hotel was great. We were traveling as a family of 7 and it accommodated us very well. The price was great.”

• The hotel was a great location very nicely laid out and close to where I needed to be for a wedding.
• The only thing that I didn't like was the beds they were to soft for my liking. I need a firm and these were very soft.

“My over all opinion is that this is probably one of the best kept secrets. Up until now I'd never heard of Spring hill Suites but I have heard of the other chains of Marriott. The rates were the best rates that I have come across in years.”

• Great location, good rates and atmosphere.
• Needs to changes breakfast options daily.

“Great hotel, will stay again. Location is really close to the airport, but you not notice the airplanes coming and going. Great for business travelers and leisure travelers as well. Close to shopping, the beach and plenty of dinning options.”
