• Convenient location.
• Roaches, noises and the
  smell.

“This hotel was a convenient location for us, however, we noticed an unpleasant smell both in the lobby and in our room. Also, we saw 2 cockroaches around the microwave/refrigerator area, and there was noticeable uncleanliness around the sink. When our neighbors were showering there was a high pitch water pipe noise.”

• Extremely helpful staff for traveler's needs.
• No restaurant facilities within easy walking distance.

“This hotel is located in a very quiet and upscale vicinity close to the airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and public spaces are available but not frequented. The staff is certainly well trained and attentive to the business traveler community.”

• Nice room, conveniently located to what I arranged my trip for, very helpful staff.
• Hot water, temperature was moderately acceptable but did not heat up to [my] expected temperature.

• New rooms. Cold A/C. Great rate. Beds are like a 5 star.
• I know this area but the average person will have a hard time finding hotel.

“I plan to stay here on my next visit. Hotels are very high in season, but this place had a good rate was nice and clean and new.”
