• It was all great!
• The pool and recreation was closed for renovation, so we would love to go back when it's completed.

• The hotel has a nice workout room.
• Having to pay for internet, or go to the lobby for wireless.

“I wish I had known the hotel was going to be under renovation. My view was of a mud pit, the noise during the day while I was in my room was intolerable, and one day I did not have any running water after getting finished with an hour long workout.”

• Parking was way too far from the front door.

• The room service (chicken wings) was wonderful & plentiful.
• Manager would not follow up on handicapped parking being illegally used.

“The hotel was nice. I expected this room to be free internet, but it was not. It is isolated, so nowhere to walk to. Pretty nice though, well kept.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The parking was somewhat far away if you did not valet.

“This is a beautiful hotel. The view of the golf course and mountains was break taking everyday. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff did everything they could to make my stay a good experience.”

• The room was fantastic. A beautiful facility.
• All rooms are non smoking, no real designated smoking areas.

• Staff was extremely friendly. Food and service were great.
• They don't have Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. they couldn't get my LAN cable to work.

“Other than not being able to get the LAN cable to work, I thought the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the bar were great. It was a slow weekend there and the crowd was small but the staff made up for it with friendliness.”

“Very nice hotel for this area. However I had the worst room in the hotel with a bed that folded out of the wall. The hotel was only half full, but this is what the staff said I was stuck with.”

• They only offer free wireless internet in the lobby.

“Great hotel and nice setting. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be that they want to charge 9.95 a day for internet connection except offering free wireless in the lobby. They need to fix that these days and times.”

• There's nothing that I did not like.

• The help was very friendly.
• The dinner buffet was a little pricey and the quality of the desserts could have been better. With a larger selection of food.

• Very beautiful grounds. The view from the room was wonderful.
• There was a dirty washcloth that had been left in our shower and no refrigerator or microwave.

“This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It would be nice if they had complimentary refrigerators and microwaves in all of the rooms, but the beds were comfortable and the location convenient.”

• Beautiful location, wonderfully decorated, most comfortable bed I ever had.
• Not one thing!

“We were very impressed with the facility. Staff was helpful, food was excellent, and soup/salad buffet reasonably priced and excellent quality. The lobby is beautifully decorated and very clean. Rooms are a tad on the small side but the bed was more comfortable than the one at home and the best I've had in any hotel/motel ever!”

• It was affordable, clean, well-managed, attractive, and I would have loved to stay for a longer period of time.
• Well, it's not much of a valid complaint, but I thought the location was a bit distant from much of the activity in rest of the vicinity.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was friendly, the room decor was excellent and it had all of the amenities that one expects of a comfort level beyond the ordinary. I definitely plan to stay there again during my travels within the area.”

• The grounds, golf course, the mountain views.
• The price of the food.

“This is a great hotel for the business traveler. The hotel offers swimming, tennis, volley ball and golf. The rooms are really, really nice with tempermatic beds (heavenly), great bath supplies, soft towels, excellent television channels and an overall great feeling of appreciation by the staff. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel again, again and again.”

• The openness of the lobby, the hospitality, convenience, it is just a pretty and nice hotel.
• Coffee pot was dirty, it was a little dusty in the room, couldn't adjust the thermostat, got hot at night.

• Very pretty setting in the mountains.
• One of the beds was wet when we pulled the covers back.

“The staff was not as friendly as you would have hoped for. We had to move from our room because the because one of the bed's sheets were wet. Very wet, when the bell person helped us move our stuff (1 dress), he lingered expecting a tip when it was a major inconvenience for us to move rooms at 11pm. Pretty hotel, could have been a very nice place to stay if the staff were friendlier and the beds were clean.”

• They would not accept our Marriott rewards card for points.

“We were upset that they would not apply our Marriott points toward our stay. The customer service we received at check-out made us feel like second rate guests. They also did not have the room type we had requested and were told they had no record of our request. We were not lying of course and they did give us the type room we requested. It was a little disappointing considering our past experience with Marriott hotels.”

• As close as you can get to being at home

“This is what a quality hotel aspires to. You can't fault anything - from the restaurant to the service, to the quality of the rooms and furnisings. Great fitness center, too, and you don't have to parade through the lobby in your shorts to get there. The management and staff are terrific!”
