• Nothing, it was a nightmare.
• Staff competency, rudeness.

“We would never stay in this hotel again, due to the rudeness and total incompetence of the staff. I called them first to let them know we were billed twice and they couldn't give us the common courtesy of returning our call.”

• The towels and sheets were clean.
• The stairway access in relationship to the rooms. It is an old hotel that could use more updating.

“Definitely economy class providing the necessities with few frills or extras.”

• Furniture was damaged, carpet has stains, pool very dirty.

“When we got to our room we noticed that the furniture was in need of major repair, and the beds has a very strong smell to them, Mgr. was not willing to move us into a different room, until we really complained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
