• It was comfortable! My kids had a blast!
• It was still very active and loud till way past midnight on Friday night!

“It was comfy and I felt safe and secure. It was just me and my three kids, ages 8, 6, and 3. It was kind of loud on Friday night till way past midnight, but not loud enough to wake my kids! Overall it was well worth what I paid!”

• Nice pillows.
• Blow dryer did not work.

“Room was very clean and clean smelling. Bed and pillows were comfy. Nice interior. Hotel grounds were neat and tidy. Would stay there again.”

• Staff was nice.
• Room quality. In need of repairs.

“Changed rooms 3 times, one room was under water, and other had little AC and no lights at the vanity. The room we stayed in was an upgrade by the staff and it still had problems, i.e. toilet ran all night and clock was broken. The hotel was horrible but the staff was very nice.”

• Zero.
• Bad neighborhood, small room, lumpy mattress, shouting neighbors, puking neighbors, bullet-proof glass at reception.

“This is easily the worse place I have ever stayed, and we hotel a lot. It is enclosed in chain link fence that is "secured" at night. The room reeked so of disinfectant I was nearly sick. Our first room was smoked-out.”

• Nothing.
• Everything.

“It was so bad we couldn't stay there but had today. The furniture had rips and burns in the fabric. The carpet had holes and burn marks. Another coupled rented the room after us and had the same experience. They rented it to another couple who we ran into in the lobby the next morning when we came back to, and they said they thought it was not fit to stay in also. Complain again.”

• Convenient location. Price was right. Staff friendly.
• I asked for a non-smoking room but the room reeked. The staff quickly found a new room for me and was very solicitous.

“This is conveniently located on the main highway from Bradenton to Sarasota in a safe location, though not especially attractive (strip malls, etc) The staff was friendly, the place seemed well-maintained, and the area was quiet.”

• Location for my needs.
• The floor of our room was unusually dirty, and never really got clean during our 7 day stay.

• Rooms very clean and well kept.
• A little hard to find, it is in a busy highway.

“This hotel was cleaner than I expected. Everything in the room looked pretty good. Everything was well kept and furniture and other appliances in the room were in very good condition. The room did not smell like cigarettes at all. I felt very safe in the room and around the hotel. A big shopping mall is about 1 minute from the hotel as well as other restaurants to eat, besides the IHOP next to the hotel.”

• The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.
• There was no coffeemaker in the room, the towels were very thin.

“It served its purpose as a place to sleep but it doesn't offer any other amenities. The pool was dirty and didn't look like it was ever used. You're pretty much surrounded by asphalt.”

• Nice pool, close to restaurants.
• We had bugs in our room and no one did anything about it.

“Room was okay. It looked clean at first, but then we found a number of bugs in our room. The pool was nice. It was close to restaurants but not close to the beach or the highway. I would not recommend this hotel.”
