“This was a very nice hotel with clean rooms that is in a fabulous location very close to the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance and if you want more variety the main road is only five miles away.” Aug 13, 2009 by
Anabel from Cape Coral,FL
“The hotel is clean. It is located very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.” May 11, 2009 by
Carol from Essex,CT
“Great location, nice pool and vacation atmosphere.” Apr 23, 2009 by
Kaycee from Orlando,FL
“Our stay at Siesta Key Beach Resort was nice. The facility was quite dated in terms of wear on the building, carpets, bathrooms and bedding. We did not have any issue walking across the street to the beach access.” Apr 10, 2009 by
Michael from Austin,TX
“The good part is that it is close to the beach. That's probably it. It smelled horrible. They spray cans of extreme fake cherry smell everyday it seems. Even after opening all the windows and doors it was terrible. Gave me a headache and I don't suffer from headaches usually. The road in front of the hotel was being worked on so early mornings it was loud with large machines. Very old, stale carpet and fabric, I guess that's why cherry was sprayed on everything. Felt like a beat up motel 6. Location was great though.” Feb 4, 2009 by
Teresa from Hendersonville,TN
“Staff was great. The water pressure was low which was a pain for taking showers. They did come and change out the hardware which helped some. The room was clean.” Jan 22, 2009 by
Ginny from Hermitage,TN
“This was not a romantic get-away hotel. My friends and I were looking for an affordable stay on Siesta Key. The location was perfect! It was steps away from the restaurant strip and steps away from the greatest beach I've ever been to. If you're coming just for the beach, this is the place to stay!” Aug 6, 2008 by
Nellie from Valley Center, KS
“The staff was so helpful from check in to check out. The pool was right outside my door, and we were steps from the beach. I love Siesta Key Beach and we had a great stay.” Aug 4, 2008 by
La from Orlando, FL
“This is not a resort, and the word resort is totally misleading! It is an old motel that is not even close to Siesta Key beach. It is next to a bar where a place called the village starts and has a few run down restaurants and bars and some old shops. The room was all tiled flooring, basic room and shower that was ice cold no matter what I did.” Jul 28, 2008 by
Ilana from Pittsburg, PA
“This hotel was a great value. It was right across the street from a beautiful, white sand beach. It was also around the corner from a street full of bars, restaurants, stores and clubs, all with live music pouring onto the street as we walked by. The location was terrific, and the staff was very friendly.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Melvin from Clermont, FL
“Everything is small the pool, the doors everything. There were small roaches in bathroom, and a crack that stretched the length of the ceiling which looked very badly patched. Staff was tremendous and friendly. The location was excellent. From the outside the hotel reminds you of a motel and the room reinforces that thought.” May 26, 2008 by
Greg from Austin, TX
“There was no minifridge or microwave and I was expecting those amenities. I was traveling with my 2 y/o daughter and needed those for her milk. I wasn't even offered an upgrade; I was just told they were unavailable. The place is very old, rooms need a total updating and there seemed to be some moldy spots. Another couple checked out due to mold.” Jan 25, 2008 by
Jeff from Nashville, TN
“Good for spring breakers but not much else.” Hotel Representatives:
