• We liked the kitchen in the room and the grill by the pool.
• We did not like that the grill broke the 2nd day and did not get fixed.

“The room was clean. The beds were comfy. There was a nice big fridge in the room along with the kitchen. No oven though - just a stove and microwave. The pool was clean with tables and chairs around it. And the landscaping was nice. We didn't encounter any loud or disturbing guests. It would have been great if there was a hair dryer in the room. And they didn't offer any shampoos or conditioners.”

• On the main strip so everything was easy to find.
• Hotel needs remodeling, everything outdated.

“Affordable family stay with a kind and courteous staff. Needs some updating but overall a cheap way to stay and enjoy the local sights.”

• Heated pool.
• Leaking ceiling, crooked burner on stove.

• Cheap. Clean. Close to the beach and amenities!
• Rooms a bit smoky and leaky bath.

“We stayed here in February 2006. We just needed somewhere to stay which was cheap, safe, close to the beach and clean. It did the job perfectly. The rooms were a wee bit smoky, but nothing an air freshener couldn't handle! Our bath leaked a bit. It had everything we needed. Beds, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and wash area. With a really helpful rack area for hanging clothes. It was perfect for our requirements and budget! In fact, the place was pretty to look at too! It is under the Sarasota Airport flight path, but there were very few planes going over at night.”
