• Comfortable sleeping, refrigerator useful.
• Rooms need to be freshened up, musty, not a clean smell.

• It was convenient and relatively inexpensive.
• I expected more for what I paid.

“The staff was marginally helpful, overall adequate. The beds were rock hard, and the air conditioner took an hour to cool the room to a reasonable temperature. The sheets were scratchy, and the "satellite TV" they advertised got about 4 channels all local cable type channels. The free breakfast consisted of a large bin of muffins and doughnuts, with old coffee, and watered down juice meaning my diabetic husband went without. Everything was in various stages of disrepair.”

• Great price! Hotel was well maintained and overall experience was great!
• Hotel was aged, but still in good overall condition.

“Would definitely stay there again. Even though the place was dated, it was clean, in a convenient location and well maintained. The only negative aspect was that the hot water was hot and the cold water was lukewarm. But it was FL in July. What would you expect?”

• Cheap price, clean room.
• Seemed that it was full of non English speaking male laborers.

“O.k. For a cheap place to sleep. Would not want my wife or daughter to stay there alone.”
