• We got in late and the staff was friendly and the room was welcoming.

“The hotel staff was wonderful when we walked in Monday afternoon 7/13/2009. Even though the computers were down and checking in was made quite difficult.
Staff was so nice and did not allow the lack of technology bother.”

• Clean and cheap. Close to lots of things to do and see.
• The room was very small. There was no signage to tell us where the front desk was to check in.

“This is a fine location for someone just stopping overnight or for 1 person to stay. The room was very small. Nice TV. Limited lobby. If there was a pool we could not find it. No exercise room. It was very clean so for what we paid it was worth it.”

• The 37 inch TV was great. and staff was friendly and courteous.
• No swimming pool.

• Big TV, microwave/refrigerator in room. Computer in room was the kicker, was impressed.

“It was a pleasant surprise to get there and find a nice room, a big TV, Microwave / Fridge and was blown away with an in room computer with high speed internet.”

• Much better than expected.
• Did not have automatic doors into the hotel so it was a little bit hard to get my stuff in.

“Wow so much more than I expected. I have stated in some really nice hotels and this one matched or exceeded the room facilities at those hotels. I'm a big sheet snob and always pack my own, but the sheets on the beds were so nice I did not need to brake mine out. Also there was a computer in the room (most places have a computer room you can use) with internet access right there. Also something you don't normally find was a DVD player in the room no extra charge. If I had but known I would have brought something to watch. All in all if I'm up in the area again I will be staying at this hotel.”

• The hotel room was very nicely furnished (mini fridge, in room computer and plasma screen TV).
• The hotel lobby was very small and there was no common area to lounge at.

“The hotel room was more than we expected. Although there were no amenities such as breakfast room, sitting area, pool, or fitness room. The room was very clean and had all that we were looking for. Don't plan to do anything outside your room at the hotel during your stay.”

• Clean, friendly, comfortable, reasonable rates and safe.
• Needs more lighting and security at the back door for extra parking when the front parking lot is full.

“This is a very clean and convenient hotel with very reasonable rates. It was decorated nice, clean and very quiet. My family and I felt very safe staying there. The front desk staff and the maid service staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very accommodating with nice refrigerator, microwave, wide screen TV. and very very comfortable queen size pillow top mattress. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Everything has just been remodeled and redecorated. This is our second time staying there. Great place to stay!”

• Close to the highways.

“Very nice flat screen TV in room. Fridge and microwave, although we had to move the microwave across the room to plug it in. Staff was friendly and helpful (with directions). Very displeased with the overall experience at this particular Super 8. Have stayed in much nicer, less expensive Super 8's.”

• It had 2 queen beds and a nice fridge.
• Terrible parking.

“We came in and the smoke detector was beeping for low battery, the remote for TV did not work. They did take care of both problems right away. Elevator did not work for 1 trip down and we were on 5th floor. Otherwise it was fine. Not good. But fine. Would not stay there again.”

• Nicest TV set Ive had anywhere. Extremely friendly staff.
• Needs to build additional parking, although I don't know where.

“One of the nicest motels in this chain that Ive stayed in. room was very clean, neighborhood is safe, staff was great, first room Ive been in with a big screen TV on the wall in the room. Had to park next door each night because there were no parking spaces available in the parking lot, but that isn't the staff's fault. This one is highly recommended!”

• Manager Leon/ free internet access in the room.
• Mildewed shower curtain.

“We were expected and keys and room were already waiting. Check-in took less than 2 minutes. The managers were both helpful. There was an in-room computer and microwave and half refrigerator. The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were horrid but I had a better experience here than at the 5 star west in golf resort in savannah the two nights before. Furniture was spare but adequate and any decor was absent but it was very convenient to the Biltmore estate. The advertised "free breakfast" was a single glazed donut but otherwise we were all satisfied. ”

• The location was excellent and the staff was friendly.
• The advertisement said coffee and breakfast. The reality was coffee and donuts. This is not breakfast. The advertisement is deceiving.

“Other than what I mentioned in #14 I was satisfied and would stay there again. Next time I will know that they have only coffee and donuts.”

• That they were remolding from a sprinkle leak and the carpet in the hallways looked very old.

• Parking situation is dreadful; nighttime disaster on Friday but wasn't their fault.

“This is a nice, standard, no amenities motel. It is convenient to the area there is not nearly enough parking and it's tough to avoid hitting something in the parking lot sprinkler system malfunctioned while we were there and half of the motel had to be evacuated, but it was weather related and not the fault of the motel staff was extremely friendly and helpful room is clean, nothing special, but certainly satisfactory. ”

• Too expensive for what you got, terrible parking situation.

“Typical 2-star hotel. Decent cleanliness, decent neighborhood convenient to shopping areas. Not nearly enough parking, very hard to find space. Pricing in area this time of year is way too high; had friends who got same room same night much cheaper.”

• The hotel was very clean and had very good amenities for a hotel of this class. DVD rentals, snacks, wireless Internet, etc.
• No water pressure in the morning at all. Water just trickled out of the shower head. Couldn't take a shower. 4 of us were very disappointed.

“This hotel was very clean and had very nice amenities for the quality rating. Also, good access to highways. No water pressure at all in the morning, so we couldn't shower. Though my parents had pressure in the neighboring room.”
