• Desk clerk was very friendly and tried his best to help.
• Very dirty room.

“This hotel was not clean enough to stay in. Even after we were told the cleaning staff would clean it while we were out, they never did.”

• Not much to look at but the rooms were clean. Had a fridge.
• Just a few bugs but is typical for Florida.

“In town for a funeral and the hotel fit our needs. Talking to our family who stayed at other places, we seemed to have the better rooms. The refrigerator was nice to have and the rooms were clean. Had free breakfast but never got out of bed before 9 AM to try it. My Uncle said it was good.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel met my expectations.
• Beds were stiff.

“We used this hotel as a short stay over to get to our manatee tour and then back to Orlando. It was easy to get a late check in, 2 am late, and the night attendant was away and attentive! I was drowsy and forgetful - and he reminded me I might need a wake up call - good thing he remembered! Breakfast started early enough to accommodate our 6:15 departure. They were more than happy to give us a late check out to be able to return from the manatees to clean up and shower. No unexpected charges were applied to my card.”

• Staff was responsive and very professional.
• Room had a mild musty smell.

“Overall, not a bad experience. It's an older hotel, but kept fairly clean. The staff was very responsive and professional. Other than a mild musty smell in the room, there were no complaints. For a quick overnight stop it served its purpose. I'm not sure I would want to stay for a week, though.”

“This hotel for the most part was traveler friendly. The accommodations were for the most part clean and comfortable. For the price, I would recommend this establishment.”

• The room was dusty and bedding smelled. The room undoubtedly hadn't been used in quite awhile.
• Cleanliness.

• Very bare, sparse accommodations.

“If you just need a clean room in Crystal River, this will fit the bill. If you are looking for more, well, I do not know if you will find it in Crystal River.”

• It was clean.
• The pool are could have been fixed up a little more. Ask for some information and the mg said he would get back to us. He never did.

“Not to much to say. Other then the manger left before he got back to us with some directions we asked about.”
