• Bedspread was dirty. There were no ice machines. Very little staff on duty.

“Carpet in common areas were filthy and smelled. Bedspread was not clean and had some sort of dried white crusty substance. Called front desk to let them know, and attendant asked if I could come down stairs and pickup a clean bedspread, I explained that I could not. I was brought a king bedspread to fit my queen sized bed, and told that this was all she could find. Hotel did not have a pool. I tried to request a king size bed, but a king size bed would cost an additional $20.00! Needless to say, I kept the queen sized bed. Room did come with kitchenette, with ice cube tray in freezer, I was not comfortable with using ice cubes that may have been left by other guest (I didn't know what could have been put in them). I would not go back to this hotel, nor recommend it to anyone.”

“The hotel was cute, clean and nice. The smell knocks you off your rocker. I don't smoke and it made me ill. I liked the hotel otherwise but just walking down the halls and into the room you have to hold your breath.”

• Good location and easy to find.
• Thee carpets was not clean enough and we didn't get the room cleaned every day.

• Room was clean and fresh. I liked the fact the windows could be opened the weather was perfect.
• We had a non-smoking room but the halls reeked of smoke.

• Quiet; despite being so close to a major road. Shower was wonderful.

“I have already told family to use this hotel. It was very clean and the shower was so strong. The kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking but overall was a nice set up.”

• Great Service, Great Room, Great Stay!
• Liked everything about the hotel.

“My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff was great and the room was great. We didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms and slept great. We later stayed at a 4 star hotel and found ourselves wishing we were back at the Clearwater ESA.”

• Convenient to I-275.
• NA.

“This hotel is convenient to I-275, but is very tricky to find, as you have to navigate back streets. Lack of street visibility. Also a spot on the toilet the maid missed. I complained about the air-con and was able to switch rooms, but the first one never should have been rented, and if the place had been full it would have been a real problem. I had stayed at this place before with good results, though, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. In general it's an early-model, basic unit of the chain and kept to standards consistent with others, so if you've stayed in an ESA you know what to expect and will get it.”

• No restroom near lobby, no continental breakfast.

“This motel was average. It had no restroom near the lobby nor a breakfast plan. The remote control's battery was held in the remote with tape. The TV was a small 20" model and not very many channels. The kitchen area was very useful.”

• New room, excellent service and nice staff.
• No breakfast provided.

“This is a new modified hotel, clean and comfortable. The service is very good, satisfies most of our needs. The only bad thing is that the breakfast is not provided, and we have to go out with a little hungry.”

• Laundry facility.
• Lound tenants after 10:00 PM and poor ventilation when others are cooking in room.

“Overall my experience was very good. Something needs to be done about room ventilation. The kitchenette is a very nice room amenity but when you can smell what others are cooking on your own room, that's bad, especially when the cooking is of other ethnic background and has a bad odor.”

• We loved everything - Very impressed with how clean room was and professional staff too!

“My husband and I traveled 9 hours to Florida to see our 2 grand-daughters. Our accommodations at your hotel was wonderful. We had the children spend the night with us and the kitchenette really came in handy.”

“This hotel was clean and room was great except for the uncomfortable bed. Requested for 2 beds but could not get. Bathroom fan was very noisy. I liked the room setup with the kitchen.”

• The room was very clean and well stocked. The carpet and furniture were nearly new.
• They did not provide wake-up calls.

“This hotel is a great place for business travelers or families on vacation. The kitchenette is well stocked and user friendly. Furnishings are in excellent condition and the room was very clean.”
