• Very friendly bar/restaurant staff.
• The service at the restaurant was slow and pricey.

“It was a good place to stay if you need access to St Pete beach without paying the high prices on the beach.”

• No negative comments.

“Hotel has marina, so could come by boat. Nice, friendly resort type hotel on small beach. Close to north end of sunshine skyway so ideal for travelers heading south.”

• Great swimming pools and view, back in its day it would have been a fancy hotel
• not a swimming beach, full of seaweed and murky water

“This hotel doesn't look like much when you approach, in back of the hotel are two nice pools, and a beautiful garden and view of the water. I'd recommend this place for someone with kids.”

• Told me I had no choice but take a smoking room.

“Non smoking rooms were available, but very rude desk clerk forced a smoking room on me.”

• I cant say any thing bad about the staff.
• Not on the beach.

• This hotel was very family orientated. The staff was very friendly and the outdoor facilities (pool) etc. was just what you would expect in florida!
• The restaurant located at the hotel was somewhat expensive, and the food quality was poor.

“This hotel is about 5 minutes from the beach, but not on it, although it appears to be from the map. However, we loved the activities at this hotel for the children. The pools, hot tub, and play area was great. The snack bar was nice too, but stay away from the restaurant, it was expensive and not very good food for the price! The rooms were nothing fancy, but were clean and adequate. The hotel staff was very friendly. We would most likely stay here again.”

• The grounds were well kept.
• The rooms were very old and out dated.

“I would not return. The hotel is old and needs much updating. The rooms are small. They did not change our sheets for new ones, just re-made the bed.”
