• Price, convenient, good beds.
• Had to ask for wash clothes, and towels every night.

“The people in the front office was nice. The rooms were clean, there were no trash can liners in the trash cans. Overall
I would stay in the Bestwestern again.”

• Cleanliness of hallways.

• Clean, good location for our purpose, friendly service, inexpensive.
• Relatively close to airport runway hence noisy at times.

“Hotel was well maintained, has comfortable accommodations and fairly good service including continental breakfast which is a plus if your on the time restraints in the morning.”

• Internet access.
• Poor breakfast, noisy airport, horrible customer service.

“Remote control did not work properly, very noisy because its right next to the Tampa airport, very few palm trees, very little landscaping, did not give us fresh towels next day, no ashtrays (we were in a smoking room) even after we asked for them. Never again!”

• Free Wi-Fi and lobby internet.
• You should note many rooms are right near the runway with large jets taking off and landing, can be very very loud.

“Try for a room on the east side; west side has large jets taking off and landing, can be very very loud though not as frequent as a major airport like, say, O'Hare. Otherwise Okay.”

• The maid service was excellent.
• The hot tub was ice cold, and the pool was cold.

“I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The hot tub and pool were ice cold. Had to complain several times to get them to fix the heating units for both. Took them 3 of the 4 days I was there, to do so.”

• The room was very clean, the staff was great.
• You are right next to an airport.

“The rooms where very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was great and did whatever they could to make my stay enjoyable. The only thing I didnt like was that it is right next to an airport and during the day tends to be a little noisy.”

• Loved the suite layout. They really give you generous space, well-laid out, for the money.
• Something seemed funny with the HVAC in our room. Each of the two mornings we stayed, we woke up with too-dry throats and sneezing.

“Other hotel chains should learn from Quality Suites commitment to a suite layout for rooms. They're perfect for family travelers. The Quality Suites in Quebec City had unfailingly helpful and courteous staff, and comfortable and clean rooms. If they can figure out what causes the rooms to be too dry after a night's sleep, I'd shout their praises from rooftops.”

“This hotel met our needs and expectations for what we paid. Our room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was certainly up to par. This facility is located conveniently between St. Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. I would stay there again.”

• Very limited continental breakfast.

“The room was very comfortable and from desk staff was nice. The available internet access and computer was great. This is a very good hotel. I will stay there on my next trip.”

• Good value.
• Although non-smoking room, next door smelled really bad.

“This hotel is a very good value hotel. Clean, and helpful, friendly staff. Continental breakfast included eggs and sausage. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but the room smelled very bad because of the neighboring room which was obviously a smoking room. Next time, I will try to get a room that is not next to a smoking room.”
