• Room setup, kitchen. Hotel staff.
• Too far from airport to be called an Airport Area Hotel.

“The staff was exceedingly gracious and helpful. They woke me up for a red eye flight, and called a cab for me because my flight was before their shuttle started running.”

• Very welcoming and comfortable room.
• A huge meeting for recent HS grads kind of took over the hotel and was quite loud.

“Though my first night was spent in a noisy room near the elevator, the front desk graciously moved me to a lovely, quiet room the next day. The room and bedding was super-comfortable and very attractive. It was my birthday and the front-desk gave me extra, yummy, warm chocolate-chip cookies - what's not to love.”

• The two Marriott here are affiliated, so we could use the indoor pool next door.
• This hotel would not please those who are looking for fancy doorknobs and counters.

“Hotel is in a long-term hotel district, with several temporary apartments on this street. Located in a suburb on Columbus that was ranked one of the best places to live in 2007. Our room was small, but perfect for the two of us sharing space. Included bedroom, couch and stuffed chair, and kitchenette with all the appliances. Staff was friendly, and directed us to the hotel next door, also a Marriott brand, to use their indoor pool in the early morning hours before our departure. Overall, a comfy place to spend the night, and economical.”

• Small pool with no towels.

• The room was spotless and much larger than I had anticipated. Great layout.
• Absolutely nothing.

“The layout was great. lots of room, desks, chairs, sofas, tables. The kitchen was spotlessly maintained, and was only surpassed by the cleanliness of the bathroom. I was shocked at how nice it was.”

• The rooms were set up like mini apartments with a kitchen.
• The smell of the room was overwhelming. Even after opening the windows the smell still lingered.

“Overall nice hotel, approximately 1 mile from the airport. The 1 mile drive turns into a 3 mile drive because you have to drive around the airport to get to the hotel, but it's worth price. The breakfast is a grab and go which is just granola bars, fruit and oatmeal.”

• The desk clerk was most helpful. When I had a problem with the computer cable, she brought a selection of cable to our room.
• Double beds.

“The free continental breakfast was was a few shots short of gourmet; you could just about see the bottom of the container through the coffee!”

• Had a kitchen.
• Difficulty connecting to wireless.

“A generally notice hotel for the price. WE were stranded in a blizzard for an extra day, so appreciated the kitchenette (and the proximity to the airport when we were finally able to leave.) The hotel "breakfast " was nothing much , served in a cramped lobby. Our main complaint was the wireless - it took several calls, and disabling some of our laptop's programs to get it to work.”

• Close to Fisherman's Warf.
• Parking is $32/day. High Speed Internet in your room is $10.

“The Hilton Fisherman's Warf is a great place to stay. The hotel was easy to get to and close to Fisherman's Warf. Once you are there, self-parking (which was very convenient) was $32. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. High speed (via network cable) was $10/day. I was able to print my boarding pass in the business center (no cost there). The staff was extremely nice. I would love to stay there again.”

• Internet down. Unable to work. BAD.

“The staff was great, it is set up for long term stays, but was great for a short stay too. The internet was down due to server failure, but the desk tried to find me a place to connect. Over all, great hotel. Shuttle too and fro to the airport with no trouble.”

• Liked the almost apartment style atmosphere. Made me feel at home and made it feel less like a hotel.
• The website promised free wireless internet in the rooms. There wasn't any wireless signal and the wired signal strength was extremely low.

“I was really impressed with this hotel for the price we paid. There was wonderful service, a great bed and a nice homey feel to the room. The room also felt bigger than most hotel rooms. I would definitely stay there again.”

• It is connected to the Columbus Convention Center making it ideal for a business convention traveler.
• The parking rate is very high considering the price of the hotel room.

“This is a very nice hotel with a great location close to entertainment and amenities. It is very clean and I would recommend it to almost any business traveler.”

“I have no major complaints. I arrived too early to get a room, but I didn't want to get the worst room. When we got back to the hotel we were given the handicap room (odd shower) there were no mirrors in the room other than the shower this is important for three sisters traveling together also didn't have a dresser which was odd for an extended stay hotel. Breakfast was an apple and coffee.”

“There was no way one could walk from the bed to anywhere else in the room without walking through wet carpeting. The air conditioner was dripping. When this was pointed out too staff, they already knew it, just hadn't had it fixed.”

“This wouldn't have been a bad place for an extended stay business traveler. The hotel lacked the amenities and panache for the weekend getaway. Room had an excellent kitchenette, but wasn't the cleanest. The pool was small and nearly in the parking lot.”

• The bed was fantastic!
• Lobby, check-in etc. was in a separate building. No TV directory available to locate channels or programs.

“I think it's a new facility. Everything was excellent except the absence of a TV directory and the towels and washcloths were not the best. A little difficult to find the first time, at night, but directions were excellent.”

• The size of the room and the comfort of the bed were a pleasant surprise for a 2 star hotel.

“I was a little worried about staying in a 2 star hotel alone sight unseen. I was very pleasantly surprised. The halls were interior and well lit. They have key access to get in. It was very clean, the kitchen area was large and the bed was so-o comfortable! The only downside was that the bed was so comfortable I slept through the continental breakfast.”

• Perfect for someone who is staying for several days? Close to grocery store, didn't have to eat out.
• You could tell at sometime the hotel allowed smoking. Slight smoky smell.

• I found signs of the previous guest in the fridge and dishwasher.

• All around this hotel accommodate all of our families needs. If something wasn't convenient or to our liking they did there best to make provisions.
• Only setback was that they (town place suits) didn't have there own inside pool, but the allowed access to Springhill suits next door.
