• Spacious, clean, close to airport.
• Tricky to get too, the receptionist was eating Chinese food and it stuck when you entered the lobby.

“Very nice place, spacious and clean. Only thing to make it nicer would have been a king bed instead of the two doubles. Comfortable but they were small.”

• It was convenient and the continental breakfast was right on time!
• It could have been a little more modernized and roomy. It was kind of tight for my family of three.

“I really enjoyed my stay and the quality of the hotel was great compared to the star level. Continental breakfast was provided every morning and there were no bugs even considering having a mini kitchen in your room. It was really convenient.”

• Two nights we asked for a wake up call but none was received.

“The hotel was convenient to the airport as well as to the person we were visiting. When requested, we were given a room on the first floor. The people at the front desk were friendly. Beds were very comfortable.”

• I loved the room & the free breakfast was Great!

“My hubby & I were in town for the Arnold Classic & We chose this hotel. We got there early @ 10:00 and check in wasn't until 3 but they gave us a room early! So I loved this hotel, The rooms were big, the bed was AMAZING! The service was 1st class. I would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!”

• Front desk woman was extremely competent and understood clients well. She could "read your mind."
• There was someone using the public computer for a long time.

“This is ideally suited close to the airport. The complimentary breakfast included eggs and sausage among the normal continental breakfast items. The shuttle was very convenient.”

• Everything seemed great. My plane was late so I missed the shuttle but that was not the hotel's fault.
• Everything was fine.

• For me, the highlight is the hot tub. My kids loved the pool.
• Ran out of eggs at breakfast and clean towels in the pool area.

“I am a repeat customer. My granddaughter lives in Columbus and we hide away at the hotel to spend quality time together. On this visit, my niece stayed with us as well. They enjoyed the breakfast and the pool the most. They also thought our suite was very nice. The hotel was generous to allow me to delay my reservation by one day at no extra cost, when my flight was cancelled due to weather. I am grateful for that.”

• Very clean and very comfortable beds.

“I only was staying overnight to catch an early flight in the morning but the rooms were very comfortable w/exceptionally comfortable beds and staff was all pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended!”

“Complimentary breakfast is great way to start the day. A little crowded but the staff opened an adjoining conference room. Rooms were excellent, very spacious and clean. Close enough to the airport that you can hear the jets in the distance at times but not enough to interfere with sleep. Being able to get to the airport in 10 minutes without getting on the interstate was a big plus when traveling with a group leaving and arriving at different times. Overall, a great place to stay for business or family travel.”

“The Hotel was so noisy I had to check out and flee. Apparently the Hillbilly convention hit the hotel Saturday Night and noise was everywhere all night long. Children running up and down the halls knocking on doors. Parents thought that was funny. No peace and quiet all night long. Would not stay again.”

• The staff was flexible, supportive, and helpful; they responded to my needs.
• A little difficult to find even with a map and the address. Just add a few signs.

“I pulled in very late. The night staff person is super. She helped an over-tired patron with his questions and problems. She solved those problems and simplified my stay. The shuttle service to the airport is dependable and timely.”

• Guest services were excellent the shuttle service was very helpful for getting around the area.
• The amenities listed said a breakfast buffet was provided and they had a continental breakfast.

“It was a great hotel for the price paid. We had an excellent experience. We tried the pool and whirlpool out both was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was excellent and friendly. We were especially impressed with the young man that drove us around during the evening of our stay.”

• Construction in and around the property and some unpleasant smells.

“Nice solid 2 star property with adequate (but nothing special) morning breakfast. The area is safe and there is shopping and grocery nearby. The airport is 5 minutes away and the rooms are clean and large for the price paid. Staff assigned us a handicapped room upon our late arrival and stated they were very full. The room was fine with a microwave, small refrigerator and sleeper sofa that was small but adequate. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower was a little low.”

“The staff was great! They allowed my daughter to check in as I was delayed considerably on a flight from Phoenix to Columbus, OH. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. I left my phone charger and the staff said they would mail to me in Denver. What a hidden secret!”

• The extra area for sitting, talking and working.
• No place to set things in the bedroom area.

“The hotel was clean and well decorated. The room included a living section as well as the bedroom area which included a 2nd TV. A light breakfast buffet was included. The only drawback for me was its location away from downtown Columbus. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.”

• Donna at the desk saved my trip. She changed dates for me as I had reserved the incorrect day. She is why I would do it again.
• A little hard to get to.

“Clean, comfortable and affordable best describe this site. I was very happy with the staff (Donna) as they made adjustments in check in that corrected an error I made. All of the amenities were functioning and complete. I will look for this hotel first, the next time I travel.”

• The hotel is in a good location & has comfortable rooms.
• While we only paid $45 +tax, we had no view, the structure over the main entrance blocked the window.

“It was good enough for our purpose. We met our Ohio Univ. senior for a quick 1 day visit 1/2 way between Cleve. and Athens. We wanted a comfortable place, conveniently located, so we could visit each other & see some places around Columbus. We were satisfied especially for $45.”

• It bills itself as an airport hotel, but provides no shuttle to airport.

“It was acceptable, but the absence of a shuttle to the airport made it a poor value for the money, when a hotel, literally across the street turned out to have a special of $49 per night with shuttle, but as I had already prepaid, it was not an option for me”

• The room was spacious and very well appointed.
• There were no towels in my room when I arrived, but that was quickly corrected when I pointed it out.

“When I walked into my room, I was stunned at the amount of room I had. Not 1 but 2 tv's, desk, mini-fridge, microwave and comfortable furniture made it well worth what I paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

“The Springhill Suites in Columbus/Airport area is easy to locate, attractive, clean, quiet. When I arrived I was quickly checked in. A free "Tuesday evening" buffet was being served that I didn't attend due to previous commitment. I needed to leave for the airport fairly early; staff gave me a wake up call, called a cab for me in plenty of time to arrive for check in. Staff members are courteous, knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was attractively laid out, generally of good quality. The facility is clean and quiet. There is also a small pool and hot tub area. Staff members allowed me to leave my car there until my return from trip 4 days later. It was a very good experience; Springhill Suites is probably underrated compared to my experience at other locations.”
