• We loved the location, hot buffet breakfast, airy rooms, great kitchenettes, wonderful employees.
• No swimming pool - maybe they can put in hot tubs? Parking is expensive.

“We loved the newly remodeled Bank into a wonderful, clean, updated Hotel with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable personnel who made our visit to Columbus a lot more pleasant!”

• All the rooms were actually suites with kitchens and a living room area and bedroom/bathroom area - up to date with plenty of lighting. Clean.

“This hotel met our expectations. We wanted something comfortable and clean but not overly expensive since we were just traveling through and looking for a good night's rest and not much more. The room was one of the best rooms I have ever been in since it was up to date and clean and was actually more of a suite than a room. It would be an easy place to spend a few nights since it was spacious. The bed was okay. It was not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel but it was not the worst either. The hotel was quiet and we slept well.”

• We loved the very comfortable bed and the hot continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, waffles, potatoes and biscuits and gravy.

• Room was spacious, a suite. Clientele was largely construction folks on assignment away from home.
• Difficult to find. No prominent signage and directly behind an abandoned hotel/conference center.

“The hotel is a collection of 10 - 8 (possibly 9) room buildings. The room was large and apparently could be connected to another room on the second floor. Very close to the highway and not in a great section of town, but adequate security was provided.”

• Room was large and very clean.
• Housekeeping staff didnt speak English so was little difficult to try and explain I locked my card key in the room.

“I was very pleased with interior of the hotel. The location was a little rough and you can tell from the outside of the hotel that is was pretty old. Fitness center was awesome full gym exactly across from the hotel. I got a real workout daily.”

• The room was very nice. I wish my stay was longer.
• It was hard to locate - could use better signage.

“The room was a very nice studio apartment in a gated complex. Parking was convenient and the staff was very helpful.”

• Location felt unsafe at night.

“Very well maintained swimming pool. No signs of algae or dirt. Very clean property for this location. Well maintained rooms as well.”

• Friendly staff and nice breakfast
• Toilet seat loose, stains in tub, neighborhood rough

“While the hotel itself was quite nice, the neighborhood was not what I expected. I did not feel safe at night. The biggest complaint would be the map provided on your website. It showed the hotel on the west side of the road when it was on the east. Both my sister and I (we met there in separate cars) had trouble finding it, since it wasn't where the map showed it to be.”

• It was conveniently located to many restaurants and downtown Columbus.
• Everything was fine.

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Things were very clean. The staff was very friendly.”
