“The hotel itself is very nice. It has an indoor/outdoor pool so that you can swim from the indoor pool right out into the outdoor pool. The gym was nice and the lounge and restaurant look good, too.”

• There were several cars broken into at the hotel the night we stayed. Kids playing in hot tub.

• The beds were WONDERFUL. We didn't want to get up.

“More than what we expected. We were very happy with the hotel and the location to the sites we were in Columbus to see. LOVED the zoo and all the neat shopping areas! My daughter bought a ring at TIFFANY'S to celebrate her 25th Birthday and for her love of NY. Great mother-daughter 3 day weekend! Already booked another trip in 3 weeks, back to Columbus with a girl friend who is visiting me from OKLA.”

• Quiet, very accessible in a nice corporate park area.
• Bath tub drain did not function properly.

“Hotel located in nice corporate park, with easy access to highway. Quiet, not crowded at all the 3 nights we stayed. Room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds. Nothing fancy. The bath tub did not drain properly and still did not work right after a repair person worked on it.”

“The hotel was very clean. Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very poor all food was cold. No wireless internet in room which was shocking you can get wireless in a Super 8 but not at a Crown Plaza!”

• I liked the rooms, they were contemporary & tastefully decorated, with modern updated furniture and bathroom. Good location-center of the city.
• Parking is $23/day which is a bit steep even for this area. I would expect to pay this in NYC, but not Columbus.

“This is a beautiful hotel which seems to have been renovated recently. Very attractive lobby with restaurant, bar and sitting area. The pool and jacuzzi are on the 4rth floor, but outdoors with a nice lounge area. The rooms were not huge, but nicely decorated. We had a King Size bed with down comfortable and many pillows. There was a settee couch, a lounge chair with ottoman and a nice desk overlooking the city. The bathroom was updated with modern fixtures and shower area. It was very nice although small, with a strange full size door that folded in half. There was complementary coffee and a refrigerator in the room. I like the fact that all Marriotts are non-smoking!”

“The staff were very nice. Hotel is great for conventions and for those traveling in groups. Room was very pretty. Bed was not the most comfortable...mattress older..and soft. But Fantastic price with Priceline. The air conditioner came on and off and that was a little annoying.”

• The restaurant manager was extremely professional. Some reception desk person.

“This is a very comfortable clean hotel. It has a large swimming pool that was clean. The dinning room was very warm and inviting, with quality food. The exercise equipment is of the highest quality. The rooms were not designed for more than two people we had little children which made it uncomfortable the pull out bed bumped up against the bed.”

• The Pool was amazing, quiet hotel, classy.

“Although it borders a main highway, it was a surprisingly quiet hotel. It's just a short drive up the road in any direction and you can find and type of food, shopping, or entertainment you like. I am fully pleased with all that I experienced during my stay.”

“We stayed two nights. On the first night we had a room with two beds. On the second night they put us in rooms with one bed each. Since we were traveling as siblings, we preferred two beds. They did accommodate us with two beds in each room without the $10 extra charge.”

• The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The pool is both indoor and outdoor, which was nice.
• There is not much of a view probably from any of the rooms.

“If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay, the Crowne Plaza is perfect for you. If you are looking for something to wow you and has a great view I would keep looking.”

• It was elegant, well maintained and very clean. Very courteous staff.
• The warning sign, not leave anything in our car, made us feel unsafe.

“Very impressed with the lovely accommodations. Hotel was very upscale and clean. The area of town is very accessible to shopping. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Loved the warm cookies waiting at the front desk, as we returned from our evening out.”

• The fact that you had to use your key on the elevator.
• The sheer curtains in the room were, the lamp shade was damaged. When the roomed was vacuumed the furniture was not moved, there were packs of sugar o.

“I only stayed in the hotel for one night. The staff was very helpful. I called the hotel from the airport and a van was dispatched to pick me up from the airport and take me to the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would not hesitate to return.”
