• The fact that a kitchen was available.
• The continental breakfast was very plain.

“I got a great value but I have certainly stayed in nicer places with better amenities. Upgrades to their breakfast and exercise facilites would be nice.”

• The room had a refrigerator and microwave.
• The bathtub drain was clogged but they did come quickly to fix it.

• Air condition broke, temperature in room 55, cold.

• Having the kitchen in the room.
• The mattress was way too hard, it was very uncomfotable.

“The hotel was nice with places to eat within close proximity. The only thing that could of been better was the mattress. Staff was friendly.”

• Our 3 day business stay was made good with the kitchen/breakfast in room
• Maybe they could use more luggage carts

“The access to I270 was good for us and close to resturants in a pleasant area, they have an elevator which we need.”

“The hotel was nice & clean for the most part. I was completely satisfied with the amenities; however, I did not receive daily linen changes or vacuuming as promised, nor was my linen restocked or trash removed. The kitchenette was a nice convenience along with the stove & refrigerator.”
