• Separate seating area with
  TV and couch.
• Internet access not free.

“High rise hotel with nice amenities. I asked the clerk who was on the phone while she was working with me for a room with two beds. She must have mis-understood, because I got a room with just one bed. The internet was not free. Even the inexpensive hotels now have free internet.”

• The counter/front desk, he is a great asset to the hotel.
• Wireless internet, I hate wireless internet because it rarely works well in hotels. Great service!

• Safe location. Clean.
• Only king plus small pull-out sofa available. Small room. In room wireless charge.

“The room would be very nice for a single business traveler, except that the in-room wireless is not free. For two adults with two teenagers. The room was rather small for 4 people.”

• Floor was very quite and relaxing.
• Phone in room didn't work; outside had trash in the entry; hallway floor not vacuumed while staying there.

“Blanket on bed was visibly soiled and I had to request another one. Front desk people never really smiled unless you were checking in or checking out. As a consumer, this is important to me. Hallway on my floor not vacuumed the entire time of my stay. Upon my arrival, wind had caused a trash can to turn over. I brought it to the staff's attention, but it wasn't taken care of until late the next day. Phone in room never worked. We had to physically go downstairs (from the 9th floor) each time to talk to the staff about anything.”

• The room was beautiful, clean and quiet!
• They charged extra for everything from extra towels, room to room calls and even WiFi!

“You better have a big wallet to stay at this hotel! They charged us $.99 per call to call room to room. They charged $9.95 per room for WiFi. They even charged us for extra towels and there were no towels at the freezing cold pool! My boyfriend and his son had their own room and we were put over 40 rooms apart (on the same floor though). My room was awesome, but there was no plug for the tub and I hate showers! We called for towels and it took over 3 hours (and 4 calls to the front desk) for them to deliver them to our room. Do they treat all their guest this badly, or was it just us?”

• The hotel staff we spoke with were very friendly. Decor was nice.

“We are from Columbus and went for our anniversary. It is a lovely hotel, staff friendly, decor very nice, Starbucks coffee in the room. We stayed in a suite and we would love to stay there again. They have a free computer area in the lobby with computers available to check e-mail or look up info.”

• Had to pay to Internet Usage.

“A nice hotel on the Northwest Side of Columbus. Spacious room with separate Living Room and dual LCD TV's. Internet Service was $10 / day. An ok place for business travelers.”

• The room was a very nice suite.
• Maid forgot to leave wash cloths and glasses.

“The hotel is very nice but on this occcasion very busy. We had handicapped suite which was fine, It was nice to have couch to sit on and watch TV.”

• Room was not cleaned overnight, no towels, bed not made. Staff did not seem to care.

• The location worked well for us.
• Small rooms.

“There were dirty areas on the couch and desk chair that seemed to have been there for a while. The front desk clerks were very professional and I really liked it. I would stay here again.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very nice. Staff also very nice.
• No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

“We had a couple problems in our room, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. The pool area was clean and decorated nicely. Water temperature could have been a bit warmer, but overall pleasant.”

“This hotel was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway within my hometown for my spouse and I. The king suite was more than we expected, we didnt even request one. Very up to date with two flat screens, king size bed, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of room in living room area and bedroom.”

“Outstanding! Became sick on last day, had to extend and was offered a reasonable rate and treated very well. They offered me soup, hot tea, etc and even a ride to the Urgent Care. Will never stay anywhere else when I return to Columbus, Ohio area.”

• Room and entire hotel very nice, clean and quiet.
• Working on the workout room and had to go to the third floor to exercise.

“Had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very nice, clean and quiet. Also, liked that it was near several restaurants, a movie theater and the Polaris Shopping Mall.”

• The customer service at this hotel was excellent..
• I would suggest a better cleaning factor in the room the smell was not the best But overall very clean.

“I had the best experience with this hotel. I would go many more times. The customer service was unbelievable not only the front desk but the people that handle the phones and room service. You can not have a friendlier staff then at Sheraton Suites I give them a 5 star. Thumbs up to this wonderful hotel!”

• The suite concept and two TVs. Comfortable bed.
• Nothing.

“We've stayed in Sheritan Hotels before, but this one surpasses them all. The rooms were tidy, the bed comfortable, the sofa comfortable and best yet was the Starbucks coffee. Thank you!”

• The king sized bed was great and the flat screen TVs were wonderful.
• Internet wasn't working (there was a hurricane going on at the time). Charging for the net is cheesy.

“Jazzy, high rise hotel - the upper level rooms are very well appointed, with flat screen TVs, king sized beds, quality coffee and nice soaps and shampoos. It's in a rather odd place, sort of off the main drag with a lot of other hotels nearby (and a few convenient and varied eateries) a short drive away. Since I arrived during a hurricane their internet was down, I simply hooked into a nearby hotel and used theirs. They do have a lot of nickel and dime type charges with their phone service - good thing I didn't need to use it.”

• It is a suite so there are two seperate rooms, great if you have kids.
• They do not have many options for food. One very small bar and restaurant.

“This is a great hotel located with easy Freeway access. There are many restaurants around it and an indoor and outdoor pool. Although the hotel is visibly aging it is clean and the staff is very friendly. Always a great stay.”

• Staff was very nice. Bed was good.
• No makeup mirror in my room. Only some rooms had them. Sink was clogged, fixed, and then leaked all over floor.

“The hotel was nice and accommodating. Staff was really nice. When something went wrong, they always apologized, like that would make it ok. But they tried.”
