• We were given a suite and it was perfect for our weekend getaway.
• The breakfast buffet was very pricey for the quality and service.

“I was impressed with these accommodations. First off I was greeted by a very friendly desk staff who were very helpful with directions to restaurants and attractions in the area. I stayed in a suite. There were 2 flat screen TVs, (1 in the bedroom and 1 in front of the pull-out couch), a small fridge, and a nice couch and desk area. The king size bed was very comfortable and the down pillows were a plus. Overall, a great experience!”

• I loved the deluxe rooms, they were very spacous.
• The pool area could hav been better.

“This hotel was spacious and very family friendly. It was definitely a 4 star experience. The decor of the hotel was very inviting. The dining was above average. The employees were nice and very helpful. There was a movie theater across from the hotel.”

• Liked having separate living/bed room areas.
• Outside of building could use a paint job.

“Had slight problem on check-in, someone with my same last name (but totally unrelated to me) got there before I did and staff used my reservation on them. However front desk deeply apologized and was able to take care of the problem promptly.”

• The room was gorgeous and the staff was outstanding!
• The lack of parking.

“This is a beautiful hotel with many amenities. It is close to the major highway and many restaurants. I had the breakfast buffet and the food was wonderful, but the waiter was the right amount of attentiveness without being overbearing. He went out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay!”

• Too many children for pool area/grill did not work.

“Rooms recently redone very nice service was great loved the key access to certain floors! Baseball playoffs going on many children made the pool and jacuzzi uncomfortable for adults to us.”

• We liked that there were two seperate rooms with two televisions, great for the parents and kids.
• The bed was not very comfortable and the sheet were not fitted so the were coming off of the bed. The tourist book in the room was way out of date.

“We really enjoyed our stay at th hotel. The bed was not very comfortable, but we loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool with a hot tub the kids used them all! Overall it is a very nice place to stay.”

• The staff was very polite and helpful. Everything was perfect.

“The price was fantastic for the quality of hotel. Hotel employees were extremely polite, and very helpful. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant, or go to the hotel bar so I can't speak for that, but the hotel rooms were great. A living room and a bedroom, both with flat-screen TVs. Large comfy bed, with comfy pillows (which are hard to find in hotels). The room was clean. The Air Conditioning worked well. Great hotel.”

• King-sized bed, 2-room suite, 2 TVs & refrigerator.
• No continental breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

“I've stayed at the Sheraton Suites Columbus several times over the past 6 years, & have always found it a bargain for the quality of the hotel. This trip, however, there was mold in 2 areas of my tub/shower where the caulking connects the tub & shower wall. I reported this to the desk clerk, who apologized & wrote a note for housekeeping immediately. There was also some trash in the parking lot & near the trash can as you drove into the check-in area. This facility has always been kept immaculate, & I will stay here again, but I will be looking for signs of poor maintainence next time.”

• Room layout, and comfortable bed.
• Air conditioning was broken in our room!

“We ask for a cab when we checked in, and they did not get it. We were late for the event we were attending. The AC in our room was broken. They told us to crack a window! There were three different prices for breakfast. I am willing to pay for the convenience of room service, but $35.00 for two omelette's without gratuity seemed a bit excessive. The elevators and hallways were not clean at all! We were very disappointed with this hotel.”

• The standard amenities that came with this room were superb, Also a great living room area where I was able to conduct a couple of casual meetings.

“Good value. The room we stayed in was a king suite. It had French doors to close off sofa area and had two large flat screen TV's in the room. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Bedding was nice.”

“High rise hotel with nice amenities. I asked the clerk who was on the phone while she was working with me for a room with two beds. She must have mis-understood, because I got a room with just one bed. The internet was not free. Even the inexpensive hotels now have free internet.”

“The room would be very nice for a single business traveler, except that the in-room wireless is not free. For two adults with two teenagers. The room was rather small for 4 people.”

• Floor was very quite and relaxing.
• Phone in room didn't work; outside had trash in the entry; hallway floor not vacuumed while staying there.

“Blanket on bed was visibly soiled and I had to request another one. Front desk people never really smiled unless you were checking in or checking out. As a consumer, this is important to me. Hallway on my floor not vacuumed the entire time of my stay. Upon my arrival, wind had caused a trash can to turn over. I brought it to the staff's attention, but it wasn't taken care of until late the next day. Phone in room never worked. We had to physically go downstairs (from the 9th floor) each time to talk to the staff about anything.”

• The room was beautiful, clean and quiet!
• They charged extra for everything from extra towels, room to room calls and even WiFi!

“You better have a big wallet to stay at this hotel! They charged us $.99 per call to call room to room. They charged $9.95 per room for WiFi. They even charged us for extra towels and there were no towels at the freezing cold pool! My boyfriend and his son had their own room and we were put over 40 rooms apart (on the same floor though). My room was awesome, but there was no plug for the tub and I hate showers! We called for towels and it took over 3 hours (and 4 calls to the front desk) for them to deliver them to our room. Do they treat all their guest this badly, or was it just us?”

• The hotel staff we spoke with were very friendly. Decor was nice.

“We are from Columbus and went for our anniversary. It is a lovely hotel, staff friendly, decor very nice, Starbucks coffee in the room. We stayed in a suite and we would love to stay there again. They have a free computer area in the lobby with computers available to check e-mail or look up info.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very nice. Staff also very nice.
• No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

“We had a couple problems in our room, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. The pool area was clean and decorated nicely. Water temperature could have been a bit warmer, but overall pleasant.”
