• Comfortable, roomy, and clean.

“My room was nice and big with a comfy chair, flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. The coffee in the room was excellent, staff friendly, altogether a very nice stay.”

• Convenience to the shopping mall. Large comfortable hotel room.
• Marble floor outside hot tub area, in hall. When it was wet, accident waiting to happen.

“I was very pleased with the size of the hotel room. Very comfortable and roomy for our luggage and packages from shopping. Appreciated the fridge and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was a plus! Pop machine did not work though and if you wanted something to drink, had to go across street to gas station.”

• Wanted 2 bed only had rooms with 1 king size bed left.

• I liked the spacious room.
• The heater was very loud and disruptive. The TV was difficult to work.

“Over all a nice place to stay overnight. Breakfast was served until 10 and had a good selection of items. Room was clean and maintained though the heater sounded like it was dying.”

• Wonderful breakfast.
• Fan in bathroom goes on automatically. Didn't like that.

• The people were ready to please.
• Dirty floors in elevator and lobby. Room requested was not one we received.

“The room that was assigned to us, was taken by someone else, so they put us across the hallway, which was a smoking room. Needless to say the room smelled of smoke. The elevator and lobby floor was filthy. Looked like it had not been mopped in a month. Looked like blood spots in the elevator. The hot tub looked dirty also. When the water was not bubbling the bottom looked black.”

• Our room had one king-size bed in it so there was ample room for the provided recliner.
• We went to the provided breakfast near closing time and found it to be quite messy, especially the waffle machine. We ended up eating elsewhere.

“Convenient to 71 and the Polaris Mall. Well lit and clean. Not impressed with the free breakfast, but that wouldn't deter me from staying again.”

• Don't change top blankets after every stay.

• Very convenient to the Polaris area of Columbus.
• We were in a smoking room, thought it was to be non smoking.

“Good location, easy or off interstate, close to food, shopping, entertainment.”

• The hotel was very clean and well kept.
• Could have used more staff in front lobby.

“It was a very good hotel. The hotel was very clean and well kept. My room was very clean and in good shape upon my return in the evenings. They could have used more staff in the front lobby though other than that a very good hotel.”
