• Upscale modern look to interior.
• Check in was a nightmare at midnight with no line!

• The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. There were lots of nice upgrades.

“This hotel has the most beautiful spacious rooms; and it is spotless. Very quiet, very comfortable, the beds are luxurious, the TV is a huge flat screen HD. Large living room area with small refrigerator and microwave. Easy free internet access. There is no pool or hot tub, but there are lots of good places that are a short walk away, including Ruth Chris' steakhouse and Panera Bread.”

• Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

“It was neat and clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Maids did not speak English, but other than that everyone was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel. PS: The beds in the hotel were incredibly comfortable.”

• Location.
• Pretty much everything.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. There was hairs all over the bathroom. The beds are comparable to a cardboard box with a pillow on it. The bathtub was disgusting and the cold water didn't work that well so I practically burnt myself when I took a shower.”

• The room was cleverly laid out, good beds.
• The air conditioner blew on one bed and could not be altered.

“One of the best we've stayed in! No problem with having no restaurant. There were plenty in the immediate area and the staff was a big help in choosing a good one.”

• Mini fridge, multimedia hook-ups, frees Wi-Fi, free breakfast, huge TV.
• Pull out couch not comfortable, sandwiches in lobby too expensive.

“Hotel was great. Night shift staff was very friendly. First shift staff was nice, but seemed much frazzled, almost like they needed more than 2 people working. The free breakfast was great - starbucks coffee, fresh cut fruit, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice and milk. Loved the free in room in Wi-Fi and free printing in the lobby. The king bed was comfy. The room had a mini fridge, fluffy towels, 42 inch hd TV that I could hook up my laptop, DVD player, ipod or whatever to. I didn't like the slow channel change on the TV. And the deli sandwiches in the lobby were $9.25. Too much for a sandwich - but I loved the hotel and would definitely stay at a Hyatt place again.”

• Room was spacious, quiet, well maintained. Pillows were comfortable. Hotel Receptionist was friendly and accommodated our concerns.
• The bathroom was a little small.

“Excellent hotel. Rooms are very contemporary, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom that was a little small, but the shower head made up for it.”

• Almost boutique quality, very well-appointed and comfortable room.
• The temperature control unit was not on the wall (it was in a unit by the window).

“The overall look both inside the room and in the public spaces was contemporary and comfortable. The staff was very nice. We were almost glad that a hotel downtown didn't accept our offer!”

“Great location, close to entertainment, dining and shopping. 3 adults placed in room with king bed; told hotel was full from parking lot and traffic in lobby, hallways doubted this explanation when requested room change. Did not recycle linens as requested.”

“I was very surprised to see how this hotel looked. I was not ever tempted to stay when it was called by another name, but I first of all had to stay by first night alone and I was nervous but the hotel personnel who met me at the door made me feel very comfortable and welcome.”

• Outdoor pool was closed. Indoor pool would have been perfect.

“Elegant, very comfortable hotel. Separate living area had a sectional with a pull-out sofa that was very comfortable. Granite tops, separate kitchen area. Fluffy, comfortable beds. Bathroom is small. Separate, enclosed dressing area would have been nice. No microwave in kitchen. Stock refrigerator would have been perfect!”

“I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel. I was greeted by helpful and courteous staff, despite the fact that I was late and it was near the end of their shift. They took care of my every need. The rooms were updated, spotless and appointed well beyond what one would expect for this level of hotel. The fitness facilities as well were updated and I used them to the fullest. I would highly recommend this hotel and will use it again.”

• We loved the Starbucks coffee bar and the big screen TV. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.
• Can't think of a single thing.

“After driving for 8 hours, we really just wanted a place to lie our heads for the night. We were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. With the modern atmosphere of the lobby to the large sectional sofa and TV in the room, we wished we could have arrived earlier in the evening to enjoy the room longer before retiring for the night. It was well worth the money and the continental breakfast was excellent, especially the Starbucks coffee bar - it saved us from having to find a Starbucks near the hotel before hitting the road again.”

• The glass cups were filthy.

“The overall stay was excellent. I thought the room was quite clean except for the glasses which were slightly dusty with some kind of film on them. That concerned me but otherwise it was lovely.”

• I almost hurt myself on elevator. Hand rails on floor/under construction.

“The staff was Great! I almost hurt myself on the elevator that should not have been open to the public. The hand rails where on the floor and the elevator was open to the public. I told the management that they should shut off the elevator to public and they did do that. It was a good thing I wasn't 85 or more year's old and tried this elevator. I would have got hurt.”

• Breakfast wasn't so good, bathrooms very small.

“What a lovely and modern hotel. Lobby was cutting edge hip with a Starbucks and separate TV areas, Kiosk self-check in & a snack bar. The room was great with a common area that had a huge sofa with 2 large ottomans that could sleep 2 or 3 small children or have guest in your room comfortably. There was an ample size bar, fridge area. 2 nice beds and dressing area and an awesome 42" flat screen that swiveled. Nice toiletries, but the bathroom was very small.”

• The layout of the rooms: sitting area with nice couch, bar, and big screen TV.
• Hotel was being remodeled, some details of room not finished.

“Nicely designed double bed guest room layout featuring sitting area with large couch, bar area, and large flat screen TV; beds towards outside wall. (Currently being remodeled -- not worth regular full price). Lobby area has a bistro (not traditional) design. Hotel has outdoor pool area.”
