• Very nice, very clean.
• Not safe, low level security for the parking areas, smashed windows.

“Sadly, this is a wonderful hotel, that has a developing vandalism problem in the back parking lots, and the management is unwilling to put on full time night security to solve this. Two nights ago, three cars had windows smashed, and last night the only thing they were willing to do to step up security was to have the security guards moved from hotel to hotel in a random pattern. Tonight, the pattern is back to normal, and once an hour. Complaints of concern by guests went unheeded by the desk staff. The night time worry are not worth a return visit.”

• Great location with stuff to do with in walking distance. Just a great experience.
• No free wireless internet.

“I stay at this hotel about once every month to two months and I love it. The location is perfect with restaurants and entertainment right across the street. The rooms are very well decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Overall the staff is great, rooms are great, its a great place to stay. Would be outstanding if they had free wireless in the rooms.”

• Location for the purposes of my annual trip to Ohio, not over-priced for the area.
• No one available to help with my luggage, use a cane and have a shoulder problem so can't load and unload unassisted.

“Overall, it is what one would expect of a Marriott Courtyard to be. Had problems with the ethernet and also the wireless in the lobby and the person on the desk was unable to help. Worked it out myself but it was two days of frustration and I had work to keep up with even though I am a senior.”

• It had a nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi.
• I was disappointed with the size of the room for it being considered a suite. We were also expecting a complimentary breakfast, this did not happen.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, however I was disappointed in the size of the room for it being listed as a "suite". The description statements listed (complimentary). I thought they forgot to include breakfast in the description. They did not there was no complimentary breakfast, that was an additional charge. I still do not know what was complimentary?”

• The pool was very close to our room and it opened very early with the kids loved.
• I couldn't open the sliding door - only the one's facing the courtyard had outside access.

“I was overall very pleased with this hotel - I would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to friends and family. I was a little disappointed that only the rooms facing the courtyard were able to open the sliding glass doors leading to their perspective patios. We were on the ground floor so it's not like it posed a hazard. The hotel is very close to restaurants of all different types and is right off the freeway exit which was convenient.”

• Convenient for dining, clean, stylish, great staff.
• The floor plan for the hotel was not convenient for front desk accessibility.

“Overall, we enjoyed our experience at the Marriott court yard hotel. The room was nice, and the bed was most comfortable. It was rather nice. The staff was very helpful and helped me a special need. The only drawback is if your room is on the back side of the hotel, you will have a lot of walking to do to access the front desk, or dining area. It is conveniently located to some of the best dining in the Columbus area. thumbs up.”

“I felt safe and very comfortable, even pampered. This is the third Marriott that we have stayed at and I commend them on their efforts. Beautiful job, impressive hotel chain.”

• Great location, near fine dining, clean rooms, safe area.
• Rooms were farthest from the hotel lobby and not near elevator.

“Hotel placed us in farthest most inconvenient room in terms of accessibility. For this trip, none of these situations were a problem since it was a short stay with minimal luggage. Ruth Chris Steakhouse was right around the corner as well as other fine dining. Easy access to I270 in North Columbus. I would definitely stay again only I would request a room closer to the lobby.”

• Size of room.
• Breakfast buffet, expensive.

“Hotel is located in high traffic area and falls victim to unusual city mandated detours resulting in a convoluted path when existing the hotel. Rooms are very large, well appointed, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is overpriced and not replenished. Staff is not overly friendly. Parking spaces are severely restricted.”

“Great location. We went to Easton and Polaris and it was close to everything. Great restaurants within walking distance. We had 2 teenage boys with us and they loved the pool and hot tub. Room was great and beds comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• The hotel was very nice and clean.
• The night clerk was void of personality. There was no parking in the front lot and I am not sure if there was additional parking elsewhere.

“After a very long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 A.M. The front desk clerk was unhappy and acted like he didn't want to be there. He gave us no assistance on parking or location of our room. I can't say he was rude, but he bordered on rude with his bad attitude. It was so different from what we usually find at a Marriott property, since most employees go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I drove all around the back side of the hotel to find a parking space and finally parked in a driveway where other guests had begun parking.”

• The rooms were very large.
• The elevator was jerky.

“This Courtyard by Marriot was very easy to find and in a convenient location to the major highways. A complete hot breakfast is available, including special orders. The rooms are very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the rooms were very quiet and the staff was very helpful. This hotel would be considered for future travel to the Columbus, OH area.”

• It was in a convenient location.
• The hotel did not give us a choice of the kind of room we wanted. Placed us in a king room.

• The TV had a high pitched ringing which was very annoying

• The room was newly refurbished and we had two queen-size beds.
• The location of the hotel could have been better marked once we got into the local streets.

“The location was convenient to our activities. The lobby was plain, but they are in the process of refurbishing. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and roomy. The bed was very comfortable.”

• Very secure location with lots of close restaurants
• The elevator did not work for a day and I was on 2nd floor. They did get it fixed

“First time I stayed at this hotel. The experience was very good. The room was clean and for the most part very quiet. The location was in a secure area of Columbus with lots of restaurants. I was met with a tray of warm cookies at the desk and they had them for customers every night. Would have like a free cont. breakfast since I was in hurry every day for a class I was taking. I would stay there again.”

“Courtyard By Marriott was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. We also took advantage of the indoor pool. It also had a huge whirlpool. I also liked that the front desk made reservations for us at a nearby restaurant.”
