• Nice size room and clean.

“The hotel was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was offered in the morning and there was a nice selection of foods. I would stay there again when in the Columbus area.

• One of the staff that I spoke to was very rude to me.

• The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.
• Not enough parking.

“The hotel was located within 5 minutes of where I had to be the day following my arrival. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I forgot an outfit when I checked out and went back to see if they had found it and to my surprise they had it bagged and waiting on me to pick up. It can't get much better than that. I would definitely recommend Fairfield Inn to everyone.”

• Road did not have sidewalks, makes walking to things difficult.

• The room, the continental/complimentary breakfast, cleanliness and safety.
• Small/shallow
  and swimming pool.

“This hotel was very nice for a small (they only house 4 persons to a room) traveling family or business person. It is convenient to the main roads, yet sets back so you don't hear traffic. Inside is very clean, updated & colorful, and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• We love that it has a pool, hot tub, fitness and breakfast.
• Pillows.

“We had a great time there. the location is perfect for us (we go to OSU games). We have used this hotel many, many, many times. We love that its clean, and the kids have the pool and breakfast. It really works out perfectly for our family.”

• Great spa tub. Nice pool area, very clean.
• Small, oddly shaped outer room.

“Great place to stay. Quick friendly staff. Clean rooms, Clean interior and exterior of building. Quiet area with access to everything. Children really enjoyed the pool area and in room spa tub. Staff quick to respond to requests.”

• Easy to find.
• No hot water in the room the morning of departure.

“This hotel was a letdown after staying in the 4 Star Hyatt in the same location for the same price. Hotel is easy to find, close the airport. Room was okay but we when we woke up the hot water in tower two wasn't working. We were offered another room but had to check out to catch a flight.”

• Bowl of fruit to welcome you, and continental breakfast.
• AC vent blows right on the bed with 2 beds in the room.

• Cleaning lady could not speak english,could not read note left for extra pillow but took $5 tip.

“For a Fairfield a very pleasant surprise at the size and amenities.The Damons Rest. next door is a very good convenience for dining.The pricing was about 30% savings to me.”

• Very nice continental breakfast. Pool very clean. Room quiet. Loved the air circulation-not noisy and great temperature.
• Told to park in front when a side entrance was closer. Breakfast hostess efficient, but not friendly.

“Really liked the location and the price. Normally this hotel costs much more than I am willing to pay for an overnight stay. Great variety at continental breakfast.”

• Just a nice place - friendly, clean and the breakfast was good!
• My room was next to the elevator which was somewhat noisy ... I hope this isn't because I got the room at a lower rate.
