“House keeping could have been better. The shower could use some attention. The towels were old and dingy. Had to call front desk for the air conditioning to get turned on. I really wasn't pleased with this hotel at all.” Sep 27, 2007 by
Deborah from Cincinnati, OH
“For the price it was nice. Clean and nice looking. The staff could have been friendlier. They weren't mean. They spoke if I did.” Jul 10, 2007 by

“The hotel itself was fine. The staff was less than welcoming and almost acted as if we were causing a huge inconvenience for them by just being there. I smiled at several staff members and even said Hello, only to be snubbed as they looked in the other direction. I also went to the front desk to inform them that we needed more towels in our room. The lady at the front desk looked at me as if I was bothering her and said well isn't there a person near your room with fresh towels right now? She then escorted me to the cleaning attendant and talked to me as if I were a child that barely understood English. Never in my life at a hotel have I ever been treated so poorly. We plan on visiting Ohio again but I can promise you we will not be staying at Days Inn in Fremont on Route 53 ever again. My husband and I are very disappointed in the quality of the staff. Thank you.” Jul 5, 2007 by

“This hotel was terrible. Granted, it's a Days Inn, but it was terribly noisy at night. I could hear a cat meowing in the room next door the entire evening. The bathroom was dirty. Hard water stains all over the tub and shower head. The water got hot and cold intermittently with no warning. The toiletries were super cheap. The mattress was totally uncomfortable and whatever the 3 months April May and June mean on it, it's not too encouraging when it is July! The front desk people were only average, not too kind. Although I was in a non-smoking wing, the hall reeked of smoke. It just wasn't a good experience. I won't ever pick 2 stars again. I will only do 3 and up.” May 24, 2006 by
Leslie from Sandusky, OH
“Good location for those in need of short term lodging.” Hotel Representatives:
