• The king-size bed was extremely comfortable! Our bed had 5 pillows!
• The heater did not work and the vent blew out cold air.

“My husband and I spent the night after our first day of holiday shopping. The lobby clerk was very polite and welcoming. The room was neat and clean. We loved the king-size bed, but it made the room very tight. The heater did not work and it was late, so we just used the blanket that was available for the hide-a-bed. We were a little disappointed that the hotel did not offer a free breakfast. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our time together.”

• Clean and friendly. good location.
• Had local outreach program for boys at pool on Saturday am; my kids were not able to swim.

“Everything was an extra charge, the breakfast buffet, water (bottled) in the room. I was unhappy with this and didn't budget for it.”

• The room was clean and comfortable.
• The light in the hall was burned out and made us feel unsafe.

“My husband and I were driving cross-country, and Dublin, OH was our final night before we reached home. Although the hotel is quite a ways off I-70, it was a welcome sight. Unfortunately, the light in our hallway was burned out, so it was pitch black and difficult to see our door to put our key in. In addition, it made us feel unsafe. It should be necessary for guests to run their card through the entrance door from the parking lot into the hotel, and then again to enter their room to keep out vagrants. The room itself was average, but the bed was comfortable, which was our main concern.”

• We were given the opportunity to pick where our room would be at.
• They charged a movie fee $12.99 in which we did not do. Waiting to see if corrected.

“The overall experience was great. Were able to choose the room right next to the pool. It was a nice room. The only problem we had was that a movie charge of $12.99 was put on our card. We never ordered a movie, especially one costing that much. They said it was a mistake and threw the paper away.”

• The continental breakfast was very good.

“This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Although, I'm not so sure about location because I was not doing any sightseeing or such during my stay. However, the continental breakfast was very good and it had a nice variety. The rooms were also clean and neat.”

• Convenient locaiton, quiet, and roomy.

“The hotel location was convenient. It was quiet and room was spacious. The hotel provides free high-speed internet connection, which was nice. The only problem is that the hotel does not have a restaurant opens for dinner in the hotel. You need a car go dine out at night as there is nothing within the walking distance. The hotel, however, provides a list of restaurants which deliver food to the hotel guests.”

• The overall room quality exceeded my expectations.

“Overall this hotel was of great quality. The free high speed internet provided me with plenty of bandwidth to complete my work for the day. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The one downside was that the price for food was very expensive.”

• I liked the small convenience store near the check in counter. Great if you get in late and don't want to go back out.
• The side entrance walkway/door had tall shrubs that left me feeling uncomfortable using that door.

“Good location with a Max & Erma's restaurant and an ice cream place nearby. The hotel was clean and personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a small refrigerator.”

• It was difficult to find. It is hidden well!

“The Courtyard is a Marriott product. That makes it top rate just because of the well trained staff. I travel every week. Nobody beats Courtyard or other Marriott products.”

• A king bed, which I had to share with my teenage daughter.

“A nice hotel with a nice secluded location. The good points are a spacious clean lobby, free high speed internet and coffee in the lobby, free newspaper through the week and a moderate sized indoor pool. The weight room was fine. The bad points. The room was smallish, and the breakfast was a little overpriced for a 14 year-old girl. We walked over to Bob Evans and ate for half the price. They should consider raising the price and offering the breakfast as part of the room.”

• Long corridors, only one elevator.

“My wife and I enjoyed the stay. The room, hallways, and lobby were very clean. Each room has a small balcony which is nice for fresh air. There is no breakfast included which is a negative and the hallways are long with only one elevator to upper floors which made walking to the room with a cast and crutches difficult.”

• Right off the high way, good access but not too noisy!
• The bathrooms were old, needed updating.

“No bells and whistles here, but clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to update the showers, they weren't dirty or anything, just old. Overall no complaints, it was perfect for the night before a long marathon run!”

• Rude desk staff who replied no problem to problems!

“It may have been refreshed, but this Courtyard is tired. And the staff needs a good shakedown. And the next day, when 3 sets of keys failed, requiring long walks to and from the desk, the useless desk clerk could only offer "No problem" as if this was not a problem. I have a disability. I was sick to my stomach, and running to and fro was a problem. She had no clue that inconveniencing a guest was inappropriate. I hated this hotel. Would never return.”

“When I was checking in, I watched a man pull out his credit card and pay over 2 times. This was such a great feeling. In fact, it was almost 3 times what I paid. The rooms are clean, the pool is refreshing, and the mattresses are to die for. Hope this helps!”

• The Courtyard was very clean and the beds were the must comfortable, I have experience in a long while.
• Hotel signage is small and would have missed the turn if not for my GPS.

“This hotel is centrally located to Ohio State and to the downtown area. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The pool and spa are clean and well maintained. The rooms are very clean and have all the needs of a traveling family. I will definitely stay at this Courtyard for all future visits to Columbus, OH.”

• They were very helpful when we had left something in the room after check out.
• It was awkward to find, the sign by the road isn't very large.

• The pool was a little cool.

“Overall, we all really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. Late that night, we decided we'd rather have our 2 year old sleep in a crib. Upon calling the front desk to request one, it arrived within minutes! Our kids loved the pool. However, we thought the water could have been a little warmer. We travel to Columbus a lot and will definitely stay again!”
