• The suite was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. Nice, clean facility.
• Can't think of anything.

“Location was very good for our activities in the Dublin/Columbus area. The hotel was neat and clean and everything seemed to be well organized.”

• Great value, include an outstanding breakfast.
• Was charged $3.50 on my credit card for bottle water that I did not consume.

“The hotel was an outstanding value for the money; 2 LCD flat screen TVs, a hide-a-bed couch, coffee maker, fridge and comfortable beds with soft linens. I did have a negative experience that merits mentioning. I commend Embassy Suites for empowering their clerks to be able to quickly reverse this erroneous charge. However it was an aggravation none-the-less as it was an unauthorized charge to my Visa, the day after I checked out. This erroneous charge prevented my rating them with 10s across the board. That said, I would stay there again.”

“embassy suites is our favorite hotel. the set up is great, 2 bedrooms, 2 tv.s indoor pool, free breakfast buffet. clean and neat”
