• Nice room, big TV, computer room, great price.
• No guide on the TV, no microwave in the room, the breakfast was just cereal and toast.

“This hotel was close to the highway, a mall, lots of places to eat, etc. The room was very clean and looked modern, no pets and no smoking in the hotel which is a great thing if you ask me.”

“Very convenient to major highway and to shopping. Good restaurants around the area. Extremely clean and a staff who is pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast is limited, but a more substantial breakfast is available for a nominal price. The rooms are a two-room concept making for a more comfortable stay. It's a winner.”

• Accommodations far exceeded my expectations.

• The staff was wonderful in helping with all our needs.

“Our group was made up of 3 families...we all had a wonderful stay. All parts of the hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. I couldn't believe how nice the hotel was. This was the first hotel that I have stayed in. It was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful.”

• I appreciated that there was a fridge in the room for our use.
• Although it was outside, I had to walk through a smoking area to get to my car.

“This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and larger than I expected. The hotel used an innovative approach to the small lobby space creating unique smaller areas for conversation/eating/lounging.”

• The room was clean, modern and comfortable.
• I miss vending machines, but their food was incredible.

“Cheap ice bucket, bland room, disgruntled staff. What I found was perfection. The TV was beautiful. The bed had six feather pillows on it and was incredibly soft. The air conditioning was powerful. The staff was young but very cheerful. I liked my experience so much, I joined their frequent guest program upon leaving because I will now only stay at Hyatt's.”

• The accommodations were beautiful and spacious.
• Moved us to La Quinta for our first night.

“This property was well located close to many good restaurants and a large shopping mall. It was close to I-270 and only 20 minutes from Marysville, Ohio where we were visiting. Even thought, the hotel moved us to LaQuinta for the first night, they did all they could to accommodate us, by providing a complimentary dinner.”

• The lobby area is fairly small, but that was no problem.

• Closet space was small.

“When we walked into this hotel we knew it was going to be nice. There were self-check-in kiosks so there was no wait to get our room. Upon entering our room we were blown away. The room was separated into a living/kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom area. The kitchenette had a fridge, coffee maker, sink and a desk (the entire hotel is wired with free Wi-Fi). There was a comfortable sleeper-sofa that was also in the living/kitchen area. There was a large flat screen HD TV that could swivel to face either the living area or the bed. The bed was separated from the living area by a partial wall. The bathroom area was extremely clean. The only complaint, if I have to make one, is that the closet was difficult to get to and extremely small. Overall this hotel was phenomenal and we have already recommended it to friends.”

• The rooms were large and comfortable. Plenty of space for a whole family.
• A microwave in room would be useful and the info on breakfast was sketchy. Needs indoor pool and hot tub.

“I liked the hotel enough we stayed there again the next week on a trip to Columbus. And then recommended it to my sister, who just did a lavish yearly conference at the Embassy suites for the Ohio Cytology Association the same weekend. She stayed 1 night in the hotel and is now in the works of seeing about moving the conference next year to this location instead! The down side is that it doesn't have an indoor pool or hot tub. They are outside and we stayed in April, so we couldn't take advantage. Further, it has a mini fridge in the room, but we had left over from eating out at the Spaghetti Warehouse and had no way to heat them as there is no microwave. The beds we great, the rooms are spacious. There would easily be room for 6 people in the room without feeling crowded and with everyone having a place to sleep. It has a wide-screen LCD TV that was nice. I am glad we didn't let that bad experience taint our staying at this one too much. I must stay that the first time we stayed there we were nervous about eating breakfast even thought the clerk stated was included the night before. Because when we got to the breakfast area, there was a touch screen that said "hungry? Pass your room key and it will be charged to your room. because of the experience with the other Hyatt trying to charge me $19 per person when we didn't even eat breakfast, I was quite shell-shocked by this screen and we just skipped and went out for breakfast as the items they had out were really ok, but nothing to brag about. And I didn't want charged $19 for each me, my wife and 2 toddlers to eat.”

• The rooms had a king size bed plus a sofa bed for my son.
• The breakfast selections were not as diverse as some hotels.

“The lobby is attractive but the layout is not traditional. The check in counter and a small coffee and drink bar share the same space. The coffee bar offers sandwiches, snacks and drinks (including coffee and beer) all day long. The room was furnished with a king size bed and a sofa which converted into a second bed, which is perfect for mom, dad and a child. The room layout is not traditional but it worked well for the most part. One complaint is the toilet and shower is in one quite small room, whereas the vanity was in the main part of the room. This could present potential privacy issues. The room included a high definition plasma television with many HD channels available, however the overall channel selection was limited (did include HBO, AMC, ESPN channels, USA, Animal Planet, normal network channels). The room also had a desk with lamp, refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker. Breakfast included coffee, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, plain bagels, English muffins, white toast and cereals. Additional hot breakfast items were available for an extra charge. Overall the hotel offered a good selection of features and provided good value for the money spent.”

“Highly recommend the hotel, especially for the price. I think I would give this 3 stars instead of 2.5, they have really improved the quality of the amenities under the Hyatt ownership (TV is good size HD, glass glasses, decent toiletries). Closet space is sparse and open to room though, which is somewhat surprising in a facility designed for extended stays.”
