• Beds are small.

“The Hotel was nice and clean. My only problem was the beds are quite small and the room is a bit dainty as well but nicely decorated and clean.”

• The bed was so hard it gave me a backache for 2 days.

• Right off the exit ramp.
• The toilet was broke and leaking. Also the recliner in the room was broke. They charged to use internet and for bed upgrade.

“Not to impressed with hotel. Toilet leaked, no one had time to come and fix it. The recliner was broken in our room also. They did not offer another room to us. They also charged for internet and to upgrade our bed to king. Would not stay in this hotel again. It is on the other side of the exit. There is nothing there. No restaurants or shopping on that side.”

• The provided continental breakfast was below par.

• I liked the area that the hotel was in, and the quiet atmosphere.

“This hotel was perfect for my stay. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, and the room was clean and spacious for one person. Additionally, the WiFi access was a great amenity. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It is right off of a major highway and only 15 minutes from downtown Columbus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The room had all the basics for business travel.
• Staff did not take care of noise problem.

“Room was not ready upon arrival at 7:00pm. Cleaning was quick and poor. Had to be reclined in the morning. On the last night of stay we had disturbance upstairs. It took several phone calls and threats of calling the police to get them to settle down. The staff apparently called the offenders rather than going to visit and finding out for themselves why they were being so noisy. Noise went on until 11:30 at night. Left a bad memory of my stay.”

• Loved the roominess, full size refrigerator & kitchen, nice size vanity room outside the toilet & shower area, & especially the swivel TV.
• The brunch could have been better by at least having cream cheese & perhaps different types of bagels, & cold cereal & juice for kids.

“For even regular price, this was a very nice room, lots of space, a full size kitchen, a spacious vanity room, considerable storage space for my fooled clothes. I only had 2 hangers but I am certain I could have easily obtained more. One problem was the ice machines were not functioning. The lobby staff gave me some bagged ice and the refrigerator was amazingly fast at making ice. I loved the table in the kitchen. I went there to study and work on a paper. ”

• The rooms were roomy for it to be an extended stay.
• One receptionist took an attitude, because the internet wasn't working for 1 hour and I wanted a refund.

• They upgraded my room when your rooms were taken. There's no housekeeping so there's a more private feel.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay because I had the kitchen facilities and the sole responsibility for housekeeping which meant that the room felt more like a home away from home. It was a really nice large area, and I would stay in a similar hotel in a heartbeat.”

• The room was set up very nice.
• Was not ready at 6pm when we arrived.

“I would like to say the overall room set up was nice it was not very clean food wrappers in the drawers and floors were dirty, and we arrived at 6pm and had to stand in the hallway with our bags for at least 15 min since no room was ready , the staff was very rude and very unprofessional and even talked negative in front of us about other outside companies, I also was than limited on my time to get ready for the event we was going to since I was not able to get in the room to shower and etc,, it was just a horrible experience.”

• Convenient location.
• Layout results in all lights shining directly onto bed.

“The new layout caused all of the lights in the room to shine directly onto the bed area. Layout caused very tight clearance between bed and chest/TV. The door handle into the bathroom fell off the first time we opened the bathroom door. There was water leakage under the sink trap resulting in a less than clean area in that cabinet. ”

• Layout of the room was fantastic.
• There was no seal around the door so any noise in the hallway was VERY noticeable.

• Good location.
• Remodeling, paint and carpet smell, waited for quite a while for someone to show up at front desk even with the bell.

“Hotel was under construction, new paint, carpet, furniture. Very hard to get your luggage into the room. Bathroom was small, if someone was trying to sleep, and the other person was using the sink, the lights above the sink would wake the person up. The room seemed to be designed for one business person. It was very small for two people. Only a full bed.”

• No pool.

“This was a good choice for a business traveler. The room was large and clean and the location is outstanding, on the "quiet" side of I-270 just west of the Tuttle Mall and numerous restaurants. The complementary breakfast was adequate but not exceptional and there is no pool, but a small exercise room. All in all, a good value.”

• No amenities like shampoo, shower cap, old dirty carpet and thin walls.

• Location. Too bad I wasn't there for pleasure. Right in the heart of everything!.
• No shampoo, no toiletries, under renovation, no hot breakfast, slightly pricey, no pool, no hot-tub.

“Bed was uncomfortable, didn't sleep well. The room concept was nice, full kitchen. Undergoing renovation and they skimped on the toiletries- NO SHAMPOO!!!”

“The hotel front desk clerk was very pleasant. but the room was very crowded. The advertised sofa bed was nonexistent, only a couch. There was no pool as advertised.”
