• Great experience overall.
• Difficult to find at times.

“We stayed in that area but it can be difficult to find it from I-75. So you need precise directions for it. However it was a nice stay with good rooms, an excellent breakfast and convenient location to many attractions.”

• Really excellent service. Each person we encountered working at front desk went out of their way to help us.
• No more cookies at the front desk after the first day :(.

“Definitely a very decent hotel, in a location very convenient to us (right next to Pontiac Silver dome, within short driving distance of Great Lakes Crossing mall), and with possibly the friendliest front desk staff I've ever encountered at a hotel.”

• We enjoyed the pool, friendly staff, and cleanliness. Loved the idea of helping the environment with reusing towels etc!
• The paint around pool area was peeling & stuck to the bottom of our feet and went to bottom of pool.

• Very helpful staff.
• The hotel was great, however, if I had booked directly through them, I would have paid $30 less.

• I enjoyed the privacy and the pool room.
• I did not enjoy the parking lot being cut into two exclusive parts with no inner road between the two.

“This hotel was great for the one night stay I had. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were well kept. The room was clean and modern. And lastly, the pool area was nice, although shallow.”

• Spacious room. Refrigerator and other things such as coffee, microwave.
• Would like softer pillows.

“We both really liked the hot breakfast. Morning paper. Clean smell when we arrived. Everyone was friendly including the cleaning personnel. Elevator no waiting.”
