• The room size was great. Quite spacious.
• Everything was an extra charge. (i.e. charge for local calls, internet, and maid service.).

“Geared more for the business traveler. Not used to having to pay for everything like internet access, local phone calls, the beds won't be made up unless you pay an extra fee. Just felt "nickel and dime". The kids loved the outdoor pool. Not a bad place to stay but I personally would not go back.”

• First floor room was a bit noisy.

“My husband and I were in town for just a couple days and were happy to get a room in an Extended Stay deluxe. I'd stayed there before and recalled that it was quite nice. This stay had a few problems - the sheets weren't as soft as other ES Deluxe locations and the guests upstairs were consistently noisy. We were also woken up at 5 am by someone talking loudly on their cell phone in the lobby area. But overall, it was a very convenient, quiet location and I would stay here again.”

• DVD in room, kitchenette, weight room, pool.
• Air gave off a foul odor, DVD was not working and replacement also not working.

“Hotel staff ok. Location excellent. Good value, but air and heat and DVD players can be iffy. Breakfast minimal.”

• Very clean and newly decorated.
• The breakfast bar. Had only coffee as beverage, no juice, no milk.

“This hotel was clean and safe. My only complaint was that the breakfast bar was lacking something that you would expect like juice.”

• Staff not very friendly.

“This hotel served its purpose. Got great rate and everything was clean. Was not looking for anything fancy and everything was sufficient. However, some staff were rude. Continental breakfast was a joke. There was no milk or juice and when I asked employee he was very short with me and said "No, there is no milk or juice." Apparently after asking a friendlier employee there is a vending machine with pop on the third floor. We just wanted a place to stay overnight after a concert so it worked perfect for us.”

• We were pleased that the entire floor was non-smoking and there was no residual smoke order from cleaning staff.
• The heat could not be regulated by thermostat.

“We liked having the refrigerator/freezer to protect our grocery purchases during our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the coffee was delicious.”

• The receptionist was outstanding, better then many of the national hotels I have been from New York to Texas.
• I have returned to this hotel because of your staff. Very pleasant and warm to guests, always has a friendly smile.

“It's clean and friendly, I always check-in in the afternoon and last 8 visits this year I was very happy to be greeted by the staff at the check in.”

“Good and inexpensive hotel for a business traveler. No thrills, but pleasant staff, decent sized rooms and good and easy access from the main roads. The first room that we got had dirty tub, but the when I asked the front desk lady for a room change, she promptly switched us to another room and apologized for experience.”

“As an extended stay facility, you are pretty much on your own. Staff won't go out of their way to be helpful, and the room is serviced only weekly. If you don't have a problem with that, okay, but don't expect 5 star services is a place like this.”

• The price.
• They look for reasons not to accommodate you. It isn't pleasant to deal with the people who work here.

“It's cheap. The glasses are plastic. If you stay for 8 days, but you book it in intervals of 4 days, you are not entitled to have your room cleaned. Check out is at 11:00, but on check out day, they tried to get in my room at 7:30. They said they thought I had checked out. It isn't clean. The cheap sofa was stained. The sheets come off the mattresses. I hated it.”

• Small efficiency unit enjoyed having a fridge and microwave.
• Not overly clean.

“The room we were assigned had one bed, we asked if we could switch to a room with two beds - they were unwilling to change without charging a fee even though they were not busy. I have never had this experience before; most places are more than willing. The room was not overly clean, and the elevator reeked of vomit. I will never book 2 star again. The breakfast included had rotten oranges in the basket and the bagels were stale.”

• Front desk clerk brought extra pillows when housekeeping was closed. Availability of a fitness center, albeit a small one. Nice holiday decorations.
• Room was fairly small and cramped compared to other Extended Stay Deluxe. No clock radio!

“Lobby and public areas were nice. My room was smaller than I expected with just a small chair (not a recliner) and no couch. Bed was wedged into a corner, and there was no clock radio, which was unusual. Kitchen area was fine. Could use more bathroom counter space and softer towels! Overall a good value for the price paid.”

• Had good facilities in the room desk, kitchenette.
• A/c leaked onto floor, no shampoo, and cramped bed area.

“Meant to service the longer term stay traveler versus the overnight person. Lack of short term amenities, based on an expected long stay. Seemed to cram the bed in to the room. The a/c must be leaking because the carpet in front of the unit was soaked.”

• Room needs to be sprayed with anti-bacterial and bathroom should be clean good especially the toilet with stained colored black under toilet bowl ring.

“Needs to be renovated and deodorize and anti-bacterial spray. The toilet bowl is not thoroughly clean, carpet is not vacuum good, and bath tub needs more scrubbing.”

• The bathroom was dirty. It had some ones long hair in the shower. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. It was on a smoking floor and smelled.

• It had a full kitchen.
• The carpets were very stained and filthy; the room was dirty, as well the towels.

“When checking in the girl did not explain the breakfasts or point us to the direction of our room, tell us the hours of the pool or even smile. The carpet was so stained and dirty that I didn't want to put my luggage down. The towels had blood or something on them as did the vanity area in the bathroom section. It advertised DVD players so we went and bought a movie and of course the player didn't work and could not be fixed. Well all wasn't bad the shower worked. We just air dried.”

• It was a convenient location and provided everything I needed at a reasonable price for the length of time needed.
• I was charged for the internet each time I extended, even though I stayed in the same room. Pet odor (wet fur) in hallway, strong at times.

“It was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed about 45 days and would stay again.”

• Full sized refrigerator in room with dishwasher and all dishes!
• Trash not emptied for me, I had to bag it and do it myself

“Very nice, excellent for travelers on business or pleasure. Kitchen had all dishes, pans and utensils needed. Even has a dishwasher and full size freezer/fridge. Outside pool and exercise area. Business Center did not have a computer for internet access but did have fax available. Would stay again.”

• Broken telephone system, broken pipe under sink.

“Several times at this hotel the telephone transfer system has not been working for the rooms I have been in. Therefore, I was unable to receive important incoming calls and the front desk was unable to transfer calls to my room. Also, the bathroom sink was leaking in my room, a pipe must have broken under the sink.”

• The size of the room was very nice and comfortable for 3 people.
• This hotel property seems to have gone down in quality in the past few months. I stayed at this same hotel in November 2006 and had a better exp.

“This hotel should not be rated at two stars. Staff was less than helpful; I and some others that visited the complimentary breakfast bar were very dissatisfied with the attention paid to us. One person had been a guest all week and had a toddler; just wanted a bagel and maybe some fruit. They promised that it would be delivered and nothing showed up. I was told that 8:30 a.m. Was near the end of the breakfast time. Upon some coaxing, I was able to get the staff to put out "5" Danishes to go with the couple of pancakes/waffles they had out. That was it! People came in and saw nothing and left! Please call me if you want to hear more! Staff needs some training. I can be reached at 330-860-2232 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. And 5:00 p.m.”
