• Super comfy beds, quite, and very nice room.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. The beds were so comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I will absolutely stay at another hotel in this chain during future travels. The free breakfast buffet was very nice and well stocked.”

• Jacuzzi was not working.

• Convenient location.
• Room was dirty; outlets were in poor to dangerous condition.

“If you are looking for a cheap one night room this would probably be a fair place to stay. The room was filthy behind the bed boards, and dresser stands. The outlets had cheap outlet expanders that were so old and used you couldn't keep anything plugged into them. The "Hot Breakfast" consisted of waffles and the orange juice was watered down. Would recommend this place for OTR drivers and out of town labor workers but definitely not for those traveling with family or whose tastes run toward clean quality rooms.”

• Parking lot well lit.
• It was a dump.

“You could barely find the entrance to the parking lot, the hotel was under going major construction. Water damaged to ceiling tiles and wall paper was peeling off the walls. Just an old dirty dump.”

• Location was good.
• Hotel under construction soon to be demolished.

“Older property that is soon to be demolished. Rooms, though clean, were stale and smelled of smoke. We had to walk to our room from a great distance because parking lot was blocked off for construction.”

• Location & price.
• Persistent mildew odor in entire unit; chairs very stained.

“The unit was adequate, but the mildew smell and stains on chairs made us wonder about the cleanliness of the unit; terrible construction going on at 7:00; outer area dirty too, old leaves etc. having nothing to do with construction; food in morning for breakfast meager with construction people eating most of it.”

• There were individuals hanging outside on cell phones, construction site, and the parking was limited, there were trucks arriving in the mid of night.

• Not much! Bugs in room, old, a lot of close construction to room.
• Old, & the rooms were not very clean - bugs!

“The hotel was fine. I had a terrible time getting my reservation straightened out between the hotel and priceline.com when I tried to register. I am reconsidering the value of the service. The hassle made me late for an appointment.”

“This hotel was probably of high 2-star quality within the last 5 years, but it has been let go a bit. According to staff, the current plans are to tear down this hotel within the coming year as a new larger hotel is being built on the same site.”

• The breakfast was good.
• Our reservation had been canceled in error and the lady at the desk had a bad attitude. We were then given a smoking room, also in error.

“If the staff had been friendly, our reservation hadn't been "kicked out" of the computer, and we hadn't been given a smoking room, then I suppose our experience would have been OK. As it was, we had a very unpleasant experience.”

• Absolutely nothing!
• Room smelled like cat urine, the door lock was flimsy, and the ac unit had some type of mold around the unit.

“The hotel felt unsafe. It was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever been in. Other economy rooms are at least clean. The room smelled like cat urine, the carpet was dirty, and the ac unit had something that looked like mold growing around it. Could not even get a minute of sleep because I couldn't wait until morning when my husband and I could leave. Never ever again will I stay in a Ramada inn, not even for free!”

“This place is a rip-off. It's noisy and the lobby is filled with construction workers from the remodeling project. For the price, you can do much better elsewhere. I'll sleep in my car before this place again!”

“Entrance under construction - exit was only entrance into motel. It is immediately after exiting I-75; to easy to miss, to hard to make left turn to exit motel - rooms need upgraded.”

• I like that the rep indicate to me that if I like I can come down to have breakfast at the hotel and the time breakfast will be ready.
• I arrived at the hotel a little early and was not able to get my room until 3:00pm. I was there on vacation and have to check in after the event late.

“When a person pays for a room ahead of time I feel the hotel should try to give them an available room instead of making them wait for the room they have assign my be they can let the person know if they want to upgrade to a higher room that is available at the time- I know the Hampton will do this. Thanks for allowing me to give my input on this.”

• Had a smell to it- temp of room was stuffy?

“We were truly disappointed in our experience at this place. The room was not clean. It smelled funny. We could not get the temperature of the room comfortable. The beds were uncomfortable. We arrived late at night and the desk man was not friendly and we had to check in from outside. We have stayed in other 2 star places before and this was our worst experience. The breakfast was good and the person filling it worked so hard the whole time. At check out, I made reference to the good job she was doing and the front desk attendant sneered at me. We won't stay again.”

• Hotel lobby was located in an unusual location.

“I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. They could do some periodic cleaning and maintenance on the a/c/heat unit in the room but other than that it was a nice room.”

• The hotel room smelled strongly and beds were too firm, very uncomfortable.

“The staff was very friendly, but our room should have never been rented without a more aggressive cleaning. Even my teenage children, whose standards for smell and cleanliness are lower than mine, could hardly tolerate the smell in the room, and primarily in the bathroom.”
