• This hotel is a refuge from the travel grind. Staff is great.
• Where was your bran cereal?

“This hotel is a beacon for my husband and myself and particularly when I'm traveling long distances alone. I always know we'll/I'll be well taken care of.”

• Clean, quiet, staff very friendly.
• The pillows were the worst, too soft, they should provide pillows that are more firm.

“I do not like feather pillows, too soft, I could not get comfortable enough to sleep well. A more firm pillow offers more support. You should provide an assortment of pillows so guests with different tastes can be accommodated. Otherwise the hotel was very nice, and I would stay here again.”

• The people who ran the place were very good and friendly.
• The road getting into the hotel was hard to get to from the main street.

“The place was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and I will definitely stay there again since I already know I have to go back to Lapeer.”

• Staff went out of there way to make us happy.

“Other then the Jacuzzi being low on water, everything else was excellent, the lady at the front desk that worked the grave yard shift was very helpful. I wish all hotels had people like that, that do care. Thank you”
