• The setting is beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous with plenty of family friendly activity (but not too much)!
• Hiking trails would be nice & it's 10 minutes to a good restaurant.

“We love this resort! We are looking to book our third return! It is beautifully landscaped and very family friendly with a full playground, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub, board games to borrow, arcade/pool table/ air hockey and the scenery is gorgeous! Never had a problem with parking and traveled in peak October season. We have been in a two bedroom & a cabin & both were comfortable & pleasant for our family of 5 and they had private hot tubs. It is out of town a ways but we like it because it is quiet & peaceful. The staff was friendly & helpful with our day outings. The little park sign that says "Greenbrier" is well worth checking out - a beautiful branch of the Smoky Mts Park & on the way (headed east) to the resort. Our kids cheer when we turn in the drive of this resort!”

• They were very friendly people.
• The room was too small.

“Would not recommend it to anyone. The staff was the only good thing at this resort; it really shouldn't be called a resort at all because it does not meet up to the standards of what a resort is. I will never stay there again and I do not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice vacation because you will not get it at this place a so called resort. The room was way too small the beds were very uncomfortable not enough parking had to park a mile away to get to your room. There was not enough storage space for all your cloths and it was just an over all bad experience will never stay there again.”

• Great location on setting.
• Far from city center.

“As all resorts of this class, this was no exception and was a delight to stay in. would prefer a nit with a view if we stay there again.”
