“Im sure the hotel was great, I did not stay at the hotel and wasn't aware I had made a purchase. I got lost in all the pages of the transaction/pop-ups etc.. thought I had logged out and never actually made the transaction!”

• Hotel located close to flight path of airplanes taking off and/or landing; therefore quite noisy...

• This hotel was great, friendly, all the amenities I could use

• Very nice lobby, flowers, fire place breakfast at the cafe.
• somewhat hidden off the street. Room service hours are limited.

“The overall apperance and service was very nice. We did not have an iron and the one housekeeping brought was broken. We still enjoyed our stay.”

• Very affordable. Best bang for your buck. Very convenient when flying out of Detroit Metro
• Inability to park and leave vehicle when traveling

• Pool, hot tub, and workout facility
• Everything could always be cheaper! :)

• No hot water service on the last night and refuse to transfer us to other hotels.

“Requested a Non smoking room and end up with the only smoking room available. No hot water service on the last night and refused to transfer me to other Hilton hotels. Level of customer service was terrible. Not even the most basic service was available.”

“The Hilton Gardens Inn at Detroit Metro was a very nice place. I didn't utilize the room service or restaurant, but the prices looked extremely reasonable. I was surprised that the location was exactly in the landing flight path for a runway - but since it was at the airport, I can't really complain. Furthermore, the insulation was very good and the noise was not really all that noticeable. Had a good time and would return.”

“While we were in the hotel room we could hear the neighbor's room very clear. For instance when he went to brush his teeth we could hear his toothbrush and the water as if he was in our room. When he turned on the radio it sounded like the radio was in our room. The noise level should be fixed.”

“My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a very refreshing one. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I think they really epitomized what good customer service actually is. If ever I go to Detroit again, my choice would definitely be Hilton Garden Inn only. I would also recommend to my friends to stay there. All in all an unforgettable experience.”
