• I liked driving away from it, it was a bad experience.
• The bed was uncomfortable and the desk clerks were not helpful. They had no concept of customer service.

“This hotel had wireless internet, but that is only positive thing I can say. Also, the employees at this Holiday Inn claimed they were powerless to help us. You just lose money, and they make double money for the room. It was a terrible experience, and I will be telling my friends, family, and coworkers about this. I have never felt so wronged and cheated in my life.”

• Nothing. I would never stay there again.
• Our room and the lack of maintenance.

“My room had a leak in the ceiling that was patch with terrible workmanship. Mold was still on the ceiling. Paint was on the drapes. Ceiling to outside entrance had a big hole. Wallpaper coming off the window frames in the dining room. Paint was slopped over everywhere. They don't use masking tape or drop cloths. Really rundown.”

• Convenient to highway and restaurants.
• Older hotel with nasty bedspreads.

“The hotel was clean but older and not the quality I was expecting for the rates. I have stayed in much nicer places for less money. On the other hand the breakfast buffet was included in the price so that kind of makes up for it. I would have felt better about it if they had nicer bedspreads. They were old and fraying and felt nasty. If I stay in the area again I will look for a nicer place.”

• Nice staff.
• Dirty halls outside looks bad, dirty corners and room ok but not good or great.

“My son came at night and said "you would stay here alone." he is 30 years old.”

• My room overlooked the pool, directly off the highway, friendly courteous staff, clean, clean very clean.
• Everything was fine.
