• The night manager was most helpful.
• We had to ask that we be changed to another room when we discovered the toilet would not flush.

“The motel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and the main roads.”

• The breakfast, staff and appearance of the hotel was exceptional.
• I would have preferred 2 queen beds versus 2 double bed.

“The hotel was very nice, centrally located and very clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast each morning, as well as the warm cookies in the afternoon were wonderful. I would stay here again, definitely.”

• This hotel requires a lot of walking & my request for room near entrance was not honored.

“The day of my check-in, I called the hotel and requested a room close to the hotel's entrance. Only to arrive at the hotel and find that, they did not honor my request and the room they gave me was located far away from the elevators and the entrance.”

• Close to the freeway, restaurants, movies, shopping.
• The Jacuzzi was broken.

• After the change in room from king to double it was great.
• Was hard to get the room that I wanted-first time user to book room and got a king for 4 people when I needed a double and staff was difficult at first.

“Loved the rooms and the continental breakfast it was great and so was the location.”

• The hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful.
• Recommended a restaurant near by that was very, very pricey. $48.00 for a steak and everything and everything else price individual.

• The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is itself was one of nicest I have ever stayed in.
• The only thing I didn't like had to do with the repaving of 6 mile road. This has nothing to do with the hotel.

“This hotel was extremely nice and offered a pleasant mini-vacation getaway for us. My boyfriend said this was the nicest hotel he had ever stayed in besides a resort in Scottsdale, AZ and I would have to second that. I will recommend this hotel.”

• Convenient, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast, friendly staff.
• Couldn't fine tune the heat, too hot or too cold, no extra blanket in room?

“The hotel was in a great location, well lit, attractive, very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and indoor pool/hot tub! I would recommend Fairfield inn.”

• Great Location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nicely appointed rooms.
• A group of children ran through the halls knocking on doors and running until about 3:00 am. Very aggravating.

“Stay was very pleasant except for a group that monopolized the pool and then allowed the kids to run up and down the halls knocking on doors into the wee hours.”

• It was close by for me.
• It did not have a refrigerator in the room.

“I was disappointed when I arrived to find that the Jacuzzi room did not have a little refrigerator. The reason I booked that particular room was so that myself and my boyfriend could stay in and relax. I took some perishable food with me but had to keep it in the car, so it would not spoil.”

• We like the free continental breakfast and the pool with extended hours, 7 AM to 10 PM.
• The hot tub adjacent to the swimming pool was too cool.

“The hotel was very clean, a little hard to find and you can see it from the interstate highway, but travel is by a small access road.”

• DSL for comp. didn't work, didn't give a different room and requested extra pillow, they refused.

“Hotel was nice for the value, however the staff need's to be more friendlier and understand the meaning of customer service. The hotel business is based on hospitallity correct??? They lack that.”
