• The staff was helpful and friendly. They quickly and appropriately responded to my concerns.
• The carpeting and bathroom floors were dirty! The ventilation system seems to need cleaning - the air was stale and my first room was moldy-smelling

“Conveniently located with clean public areas and courteous staff people who give the highest level of service. Guest rooms were moldy smelling and not very clean. Not a good choice for those with allergy problems! Less than I expected from a Sheraton.”

• New beddings, furnishings, and very well managed hotel.
• Had to pay for coffee in lobby. Cheap for a hotel of this stature.

“Great people, well managed hotel. Bartenders and Mgr. of dining area very personable and excellent at their craft. Professionally run hotel, I would stay here every week if possible.”

• Ease of check in, staff was very attentive.
• Wifi should be free $10 was too much. Old Bathroom.

“Except for the high cost of Wifi (It should have been included with the cost of the room) and the bathroom being dated the entire stay was a very good experience.”

• Location was awesome, comfy bed, & I really like the decor.
• The toilet didn't flush properly.

“I would highly recommend the Sheraton of Novi. It's in a great location with great stores & restaurants nearby. It also has a lot of great facilities--pool, whirlpool, sauna, workout room, nice bar, clean room with a comfy bed.”

• It had all the amenities I asked for and the staff was always ready to help.
• There were only 2 computers in the business center and 1 was not working correctly.

“Top not location with many available restaurants in the immediate area. The location is right off of a major highway yet far enough that you don't have to run the gauntlet trying to enter and exit.”

• No fridge in room. Ice machine was broke on my floor.

“I was very pleased with the size of the room. The only down fall was no fridge in the room and the ice machine never did get fixed and had to go to the other floor to get ice.”

“Hotel was very clean and spacious, beds were very nice, close to my family that was in Detroit. Had connecting room with my daughter that was nice. Great hot tub. Pool could have been a little warmer for winter.”

• The staff was exceptionally had an emergency and they were extremely helpful to our needs.
• The dining room right in the lobby.

“I would recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The food was good and reasonably priced. The linens were fresh and who does not like a fluffy duvet to crawl under at night. The only negative I would have is that the room was a bit small - but there were four of us so that may be why.”

• Loved the king sized bed and linens. Free bottled water was a nice touch.
• The decor seemed a bit dated to me. Steel doors didn't appeal to me all that well.

“Staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and quiet. Bed and linens were wonderful. Showers were a 5-6 out of ten. TV features were nice in terms of internet ability and wireless keyboard. Overall, it was an enjoyable get-a-way for my wife and I.”

• Very nice upscale room! I felt so spoiled.

• It was just the mini vacation that we needed.
• There weren't very many restaurants in the area.

“My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and from the time we got there until the time we left the staff was helpful and the room was a pleasure. For someone with three kids the fact that it was quiet was a plus.”

• There were many options for drink, food and relaxation. The staff was very friendly.
• The noise level on our floor was astronomical late into the night and again at 7:00 in the morning. Our room was right next to all of the commotion.

“The staff was very understanding and accommodating to our complaints of the noise level. They offered us free buffet breakfast to apologize. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”

• It was in a good location, but not within a mile or two of the hotel. There was not a continental breakfast.
