• Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
• It was a little far from the mall, before. Priceline always put us much closer to the address we entered.

• Checking out.

“The staff was rude, I requested a crib 4 times before I finally got one an hour
after my child's bedtime. The bedding was lumpy, in one of our rooms we had to flush at least twice. The pool was closed and we were told to use the pool at lifetime fitness. We had to take our small children outside and it was cold and windy, and the staff there was rude as well.”

• Good location.
• Non smoking.

“Would have been nice to know this was a no smoking hotel. This was never listed in the room description when booking. Spent more time outside than in to smoke (not to mention the room smelled like smoke when we went in). There was only 1 bath towel in the room, and had to request more, which took about 20 minutes to get.”

• Excellent staff, convenient location, great sheets, beds.
• No TV, extra cost for internet, no complimentary breakfast.

“I liked this hotel. It felt luxurious. Especially at the price. Only thing I would have liked to watch TV and have free internet. Of course morning breakfast would have completed the experience. All in all - a 3.5 star experience.”

• Worn bedding/tableware, managers rude and walls stark.

“While in the Metro Detroit for a business function, I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Novi, MI. The hourly employees were extremely polite and hard working. However, being the lead for our meeting, I had the opportunity to work with the salary employees in the sales/ catering office. Most (not all) were not very accommodating and somewhat rude at times. The rooms were clean but the bedding appeared old. The atmosphere of the public areas was bland and stark, such things as the absence artwork on the walls was boring and not very warm nor inviting. The tableware was plain and appeared aged, but clean. I would stay there.”

• The staff
  was very friendly and accommodating. Nice place for families to stay.
• Nothing specific to the hotel, but it was too far from our main destination.

• Convenient location.
• Room had a musty odor and the bed linens were dirty.

“The hotel staff was very professional however they were not very friendly. There was no coffee for the room after the first night. The pool was supposed to be for adults only after 10 pm, however the pool and Jacuzzi were filled with children almost until closing at 11:00. All the amenities in the room had a price - internet, bottled water, movies etc.”

• Staff was very helpful and friendly. Computer needs met.
• Restaurant served cold food and service was slow.

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had all of the computer facilities for today's needs. The restaurant was very slow to service the customers. The food was served cold and the waitress never returned to refill coffee cups. They did however not charge for the cold food.”

• My daughter found glass in the pool and the hot tub was low an water and sauna no longer works.

“This is the 3rd time I have had my daughters birthday at this hotel. The staff is very nice with finding me connecting rooms and the pool facility is nice for the kids to hang out at.”

• It was a very pretty room.
• You had to pay for the internet.

“I would have gotten more from a hotel had I stayed at a lower star level. The restaurant was very expensive with few choices. We ended up having to drive around town to find somewhere else to eat so the kids had something they would like. We had to pay for the internet for each computer. I was told that I could get 2 roll-away beds when I called the first time but when I got there was told there wasn't enough room for more than one. There seemed to be a lot of problems for such a high quality hotel. I would not stay there again.”

• It is what I expected.
• I've stated at this hotel twice, and both times the parking was very poor. You have to walk 300 plus yards, and in the winter it is cold.

• Staff was very friendly. Nice little gym & indoor pool!
• Walls are thin! Had to whisper to talk, people in room next to us could hear & they complained.

“The hotel is in a decent location, close to shops & restaurants. Hotel itself is nice & clean. The walls were super thin. You could hear people talking on the phone as if they were right next to you as well as the alarm clocks going off.”

• The bathroom was a little small. I think the hotel was a little older and that was the reason.

“This was a very nice hotel. The only thing I would have changed was the bathroom. Staff was helpful. They let us check in at 12:45 instead of 3:00 pm. Overall we had a nice stay, and would go back again.”

“Very nice motel, very courteous and friendly staff. Nice pool. Only reasons I did not give 10's across the board is 1) room carpet was a bit dirty around edges & pop bottle found under dresser and 2) a bit off main drag for leisure travelers. Neither of these things would prevent us from staying again and I consider myself picky about motels. Room was by no means "dirty" & motel was easy to find even though located in a more "business" district.”

• The staff was helpful and friendly. They quickly and appropriately responded to my concerns.
• The carpeting and bathroom floors were dirty! The ventilation system seems to need cleaning - the air was stale and my first room was moldy-smelling

“Conveniently located with clean public areas and courteous staff people who give the highest level of service. Guest rooms were moldy smelling and not very clean. Not a good choice for those with allergy problems! Less than I expected from a Sheraton.”

• It had all the amenities I asked for and the staff was always ready to help.
• There were only 2 computers in the business center and 1 was not working correctly.

“Top not location with many available restaurants in the immediate area. The location is right off of a major highway yet far enough that you don't have to run the gauntlet trying to enter and exit.”

• The staff was exceptionally had an emergency and they were extremely helpful to our needs.
• The dining room right in the lobby.

“I would recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The food was good and reasonably priced. The linens were fresh and who does not like a fluffy duvet to crawl under at night. The only negative I would have is that the room was a bit small - but there were four of us so that may be why.”

• Loved the king sized bed and linens. Free bottled water was a nice touch.
• The decor seemed a bit dated to me. Steel doors didn't appeal to me all that well.

“Staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and quiet. Bed and linens were wonderful. Showers were a 5-6 out of ten. TV features were nice in terms of internet ability and wireless keyboard. Overall, it was an enjoyable get-a-way for my wife and I.”
