• Loved the large rooms that allowed me to stretch out at the end of the day.
• The hotel does not offer daily maid service.

“Our room was very spacious - I liked that we could set up our son's pack 'n play on the other side of the room, so he couldn't see us when he woke up. Plenty of room and a very clean facility! The person working at the desk wasn't very helpful, though.”

• Compared to all other Extended Stay Deluxe that I stay in the same star quality room was very small.

• Nice Size rooms. Very friendly staff. Clean. Great for short or long stays!

“Close to local stores and places to eat. We had to buzz the door because we got there after 11:00 pm. The gentleman let us in and we very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than a typical hotel room with a couch, recliner, queen bed, TV and a kitchen with coffee pot and full size frig. Not a whole lot of stuff to use in the kitchen. Just the basics but other than that it was a great place to stay. We highly recommend.”

• We had plenty of space. Quite fridge, windows nice, DVD player.
• Sheets did not fit the bed, so it was uncomfortable, extra lock on door didn't work, iron was dirty/sticky.

“Needs a little attention to be called deluxe. And, to be fair, we didn't tell them about our troubles with the sheets, or dirty iron, or door lock. We were busy. The room was large and comfortable. Having a DVD player was nice. The fridge was quieter than most. Pans were clean.”

• This hotel was filthy!

“I have worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and have never stayed in a hotel that is so filthy. The shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in weeks, there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor and the room smelled like it had been disinfected with some type of strong chemical. Upon check-in we were told that bagels and coffee were available for breakfast. The bagels were only available on one day of our three night stay and there was no cream cheese, only expired Jelly (I didn't even know that jelly could go bad!) this jelly was like plastic, it wouldn't even come out of the container! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Nice staff, awesome rooms. Reminds me of a studio apartment.
• No breakfast on weekends, not the greatest pillows.

“I've never stayed at an hotel like this before. Instead of paying for daily cleaning service we got a huge room with a kitchenette and small living area, great bathroom. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillow.”

“This is the hotel I have been looking for! Very friendly staff, big clean rooms, and it look like a newer hotel. I've worked out of town weekly for about 3 years now and this is the best hotel I never leave room service a tip but I gave them one this time. I will use the weight room a lot.”

• Convenient location to our planned activities; liked having the kitchen available.
• Bed was horrible - thin, uncomfortable, sheets would not stay on, and mattress pad would not lie flat. My husband kind of wanted to go home a day early.

“Clean and modern rooms with plenty of space to spread out. Staff was friendly and efficient. Complete kitchen was nice to have. Bed was not good at all - thin uncomfortable mattress with cheap sheets that did not fit. We did not sleep too well, because the sheets kept coming off. I expect a hotel bed to be as good as or better than mine at home! TV reception was also not as good as it should have been. All in all, this hotel was worth the price we paid - but Id spend more to get a better bed!”

• Towels could be softer; more amenities than just soap would be nice.

• The suite was very nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable.
• Breakfast offerings when I went down was only bagels, had to ask for cream cheese. Nothing offered to drink except coffee and I don't drink coffee.

“Overall I was very impressed with this hotel. It was comfortable and clean. Bed was very good too. My only complaint was that breakfast either only offered bagels or was already picked over by the time I got there.”

• I reserved and paid for a non-smoking room. They had none when I arrived.

“A generally pleasant environment. However the front desk and thus management in general, is deficient. I reserved and paid for a non-smoking room. There were none when I arrived, and they did not make any effort whatsoever to appease my concerns. It was an unpleasant night as a consequence.”

• The location was somewhat quiet for the area; kitchen availability.
• The fire alarms went off at about midnight because someone fell asleep cooking.

“The hotel was conveniently located and room was clean and comfortable. Having the kitchen was nice, however, few cooking utensils available and there is the risk of someone falling asleep while cooking thus everyone evacuating the hotel at midnight. Fee for Internet use.”

• It was clean enough, quiet, appliances worked courteous staff.
• Curtains would not stay closed gap of 1-2 inches in spots on lower level next to parking lot.

“The staff were friendly, they asked a few times if all was ok, or if they could do anything more. The shower was clean; the overall appearance of the room was pleasant. But the freezer had old dried spilled drink. The alarm clock did not work but I had my cell phone set.”

• No pool. Blue stuff on the wall.

“This hotel was easy to get to. The staff was friendly and did a room upgrade upon arrival. Spacious room, but there was a large blue spot on the wall (mold?). Kitchen made the weekend convenient. No pool or weekend breakfast.”

• I liked having the kitchen in the room.
• Our room was filthy and we were extremely disappointed with the lack of a swimming pool.

“We were not impressed with this hotel. The heater was not working in the first room we were put in. The second room that they sent us to have not been cleaned-the bed was not made, the mirror was dirty, there was toilet paper on the floor, etc. The third room was o.k. There was a lot of lint left on the carpet, fridge and micro were dirty and there were dead bugs behind the bathroom door. Also when we filled up the tub for our son, there was a film of dirt and scum on the top of the water. Very disappointed with no swimming pool and no daily maid service. I would not recommend this hotel.”
