• Where you put the business traveler in relationship to the leasure traveler.

“Your hotel has little sound insulation. I heard the rooms around our's showering, doors closing, air conditioners blowing warm air instead of cold. It's April people Maintenance ring any bells? Expecting travel to pick up in April at all? Horrible stay!”

• The set-up of the bath with the vanity separate from the toilet.
• It was difficult to find the entrance.

“The hotel was what we expected and very nice. The only detriment was the difficulty we had finding the entrance to the facility.”

• The continental breakfast was nice and easy to get to.
• This hotel is very outdated. Plus, it was a cold night and the lobby and hallways were cold.

“This hotel is average; only from the standpoint of it's outdated. It's a little out of the way, with little signage. I only found it because I had read Bennigan's was close and I saw the restaurant. The hotel sign was behind a tree. It fit my needs which was a room for 12 hours. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone looking to stay a couple of days.”

• Location and Breakfast.
• Back door seemed to always be open, key card access seemed not to work.

“We came to this area to go to IKEA which is one exit (3 miles) down. That exit was very busy, so we decided to go here and were very pleased. The rooms were nice and clean. The high speed internet worked well. Good Breakfast. Overall, would for sure stay here again.”

• It was conveniently located and the bed was comfortable.
• The bathtub and shower curtain was not clean. There were droplets of dirt & hair on the tub and curtain.

“Overall, I liked the hotel. The decor was dated but it was very conveniently located. It could have been cleaner in the bathroom. We found droplets of dirt and hair on the bathtub and shower curtain. This was upsetting.”

• Nice lobby area. Plenty of parking.
• There is no sign off Ann Arbor road. The hotel is tucked behind a steak and ale restaurant making it hard to see from the road. I could not find it at.

• Beds were comfortable and continental breakfast was good.
• Most of the fitness room equipment was broken, and my bathtub needed resurfacing.

“Overall, it was pretty nice. If they'd fix the fitness equipment and address some of the wear like what I had in my shower tub I would rate it a 2.5 vs. A 2.”

• Great location, relatively clean.
• Thin walls, rooms need updating.

“Definitely a 2-star hotel. Rooms were in definite need of some updating, but were clean. Walls are thin - you can hear everything going on down your hallway. Continental breakfast was a bare bones offering - pastries, cereal, waffle maker, juices. Fine location - can easily access the highway and roads leading to Ann Arbor or Detroit.”

• Good Beds!
• Groups of very noisy children slamming doors till late. I needed some rest and paid for it and couldn't sleep with the racket!

“While I was on a business trip and needed rest...some how I didn't get any rest with an 11 year old soccer team around me! My lovely room was wasted and it became a very stressful trip! I felt I paid good money for a good hotel and left on Sunday with swollen eyes, tired!”

• I liked the price, service and continental breakfast.
• The TV station didn't come real clear on fox news.

“Excellent! I have stayed there 2 weeks and I have two more weeks scheduled. Rather than commute 200 miles a day, I get a hotel. This it works great for me. I plan on doing this all year.”

• Well equipped, neat and clean. Good quality hotel. Reasonable price.
• Hotel sign was not visible from main street. Difficult to find hotel. Also TV cable reception was poor.

• The breakfast offered in the morning was exceptional.
• One day we had some kids screaming in the halls around midnight and no one took care of that without complaining first.

“The hotel was nice. The maid staff was very friendly when we had to use them. The breakfast offered was more than I expected which I thought was wonderful about the hotel. In the rooms you can hear everything which was a slight problem for my children sleeping. I wish late at night the staff were checking the halls to stop teenagers from misbehaving outside their room without waiting for guests to call and complain.”

• Older rooms not maintained very well.

“The bathroom toilet leaked. The mirrors needed replaced, several places where black. All around a very small room. The linens were clean and the rooms smelled clean.”

• Beautiful open lobby, looks very high class, great wrap desk and lighting in rooms.
• There were no signs from the main road, Ann Arbor Road, and we drove around and around trying to figure out how to reach the hotel.

“Very nice, especially for the business traveler. Nice complimentary breakfast. Pool is outdoors, so not great for families with children who love swim. Directional signs from the main road non existent, so easy to miss.”

• Clean, friendly and convienent to expressways.
• Asked for double beds and were told ok, but the room they gave us was a king bed. Had to call desk and get another room.

“For a 2-star Hotel, the Comfort Inn was a great place to stay for a few nights. Because I needed to be in Plymouth, the convenience of staying in the city was very nice. They are pretty stingy with towels and if you have more than one person staying in the room, you might have to ask housekeeping to bring you more. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.”

• It is hidden away from the main road.

“I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Plymouth Michigan last week and was extremely pleased with the hotel, especially for the price I paid. The hotel was very clean, had excellent, friendly staff, and a very nice Continental breakfast. The check-out time was noon, which offers an extra hour more than most hotels in that range and made for a more relaxing morning.”

“What a terrific experance and what a deal in the price. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to ensure our comfort was at the best. The continental breakfast was top notch and a pleasing way to start the day. Both the check in and check out was a very smooth transition. I will surely use this option in the future when planning my travels. Thank you.”
