• Breakfast buffet was overpriced for quality and selection of items presented.

• The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable.
• The entrance which houses the breakfast area could be improved.

“They are a little over rate, unless the previous hotels have all been under rated. I would have made this a 2.0 star hotel and therefore would have offered less money.”

• The staff was absolutely amazing! Ruthie was so polite and helpful.
• I couldn't stay longer.

“As a seasoned traveler, I am used to being disappointed in some hotel service. To my amazement, the service, the cleanliness and the location was perfect. She called a few minutes I got to my room, to make sure everything was to my expectations. When I left to go shopping, she ensured I had the correct directions. I will definitely return to the courtyard.”

• The large number of pillows and the comfortableness of the bed.
• The fact the breakfast was not included in the hotel price

• The help from housekeeper to waitress was excellent.
• The shower curtains had a little mildew on them.

• I wish they had a refrigerator in the room.

• About the only thing was that we had a power outage but it was not the hotels fault.

• Great beds and pillows, nice hot tub, very clean, friendly staff.
• They put two charges on my charge card that they could not explain, but after I called, charges were removed.

“Hotel experience was great. I am a smoker and worked four days, 13 hours each day. I was very unhappy that I could not relax in my room (or even on the balcony) and have a smoke. I would not have booked at this hotel if I had known it was non-smoking.”

• No "do not disturb sign" on my door, so housekeeping knocked on my door early.

“Excellent location, the hotel itself is nice enough, should be a three star if you ask me. The room was comfortable in every way and clean. I had breakfast there and it was really good. Basically the only "trouble" I had was the lack of a "do not disturb sign" (they seem to be disappearing from a lot of hotels I visited), which cause the housekeeping staff to knock on my door early on Sunday morning. Otherwise, my stay there was perfect.”

• The front gal, Ruth let me have two beds no hassle. Great pool. Very clean environment.
• I thought breakfast was included at courtyards.

“They charge $9 for breakfast - ugh! Nobody was eating there. Big surprise. Also the hotel is surrounded by a neighborhood of Middle Eastern restaurants, movie theaters, etc. If that offends you, beware. Otherwise a nice hotel, Clean, good beds.”
