• The common areas were very nice and pretty.
• Room was dirty,as in needed to be scrubed. at least the sheets were clean...I think.

“This is the first hotel we have booked where my wife didn't feel safe. The door handle/lock was loose and felt like one good pull and it would come out. In it's day this was a special hotel, I'm sure...not now.”

• Staff was helpful in choosing a family friendly restaurant that was reasonably priced.
• The pool was kind of small.

“We were well pleased with this hotel. It is close to everything and well maintained. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We requested a cot and a refrigerator and were granted both at no extra charge. The hotel was quiet, clean, and equipped with hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, etc. We would stay there again without hesitation.”

• The front desk was very helpful, they even called room after I checked in to see if everything was ok.
• Breakfast was too expensive, we are used to complimentary buffet or continental breakfast.

“The hotel was nice and friendly, but the hot tub was a little small It only accommodated 4 people. We are also used to free breakfast but this was expensive.”

• A little noisy in the parking lot at night, occasionally.

“The room was clean and comfortable, very comfortable mattress. The cable TV was lacking in channel selection. Close to food and shopping, nice location. Finding the place wasn't too difficult especially when using the driving directions. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

• The rooms were huge, the pool was very nice. Not loud and chaotic (despite soccer tournament there).
• The key entry to the pool was broken so you couldn't' get in unless someone inside the pool came up to let you in. Room temperature inconsistent, loud blower.

“This hotel was much nicer than I would have hoped for, and much nicer than the neighboring Doubletree which we visited friends in. Our room was right next to the elevator, which I thought would be problematic and it wasn't. I didn't hear anyone coming or going all night, and our room was very quiet. We had plenty of towels, our room was very clean. The desk staff was courteous and helpful. Great location off highway and there were a million things to do within a mile of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

• It is close to shopping and restaurants. Plus, it's right off the highway.
• It was a cold night and the hotel felt cold.

“I was on a business trip. The hotel was very close to where I was working for the day. It's close to 20 restaurants, a theatre and shopping. It was a very cold night and the entire hotel felt cold. The heater in the room was very loud. I just needed a room for the night, so it was good. However, it might be a little rough if you got it for vacation or a romantic trip.”

“Accommodations were great. Check in fast, friendly, and easy. Even though there was not a lounge and restaurant at the hotel, it was close to eating and drinking establishments without having to drive out on the main drag. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I never figured we'd get the price we did for such a luxurious room. The king size bed was a surprise and it had tons of pillows and was the best mattress Ive ever slept on! We even had a lounge area in the room. The tub was exceptionally large (big enough for 2 people). What a wonderful experience.”

• The staff was absolutely amazing! Ruthie was so polite and helpful.

“As a seasoned traveler, I am used to being disappointed in some hotel service. To my amazement, the service, the cleanliness and the location was perfect. She called a few minutes I got to my room, to make sure everything was to my expectations. When I left to go shopping, she ensured I had the correct directions. I will definitely return to the courtyard.”

• They put two charges on my charge card that they could not explain, but after I called, charges were removed.

“Hotel experience was great. I am a smoker and worked four days, 13 hours each day. I was very unhappy that I could not relax in my room (or even on the balcony) and have a smoke. I would not have booked at this hotel if I had known it was non-smoking.”
