• Front desk staff was pleasant/cookies are delicious.
• I room never was cleaned until check out/never received a call back from manager regarding furniture falling of the walls.

“The Hotel was okay except for the furniture falling of the wall (headboard) appearing to be red rill at least 2-3 prior.”

• Pool and Hot tub were nice Close to expo with shuttle
• Bathroom was OK

“Was close to Novi Expo with shuttle ... COOKIE WAS EXCELLENT Bathroom could have been cleaner and remodel was poor but staff was good and food in restaurant was good ....Check your clock for right time though.. our was wrong...”

“All in all the hotel was a little shabby, Certainly not what I expected from a three star property. Carpets were worn and threadbare and coffee was left over in the coffee maker from the previous guest. I asked for instructions to a nearby restaurant and never got a call back from the front desk. Not a real positive experience for a three star !”
