• Location! We saw a bear in the lot the first day.
• Poor staff supports!

“Overall I gave a 7! The location was great with easy access to shopping and dinning. However, service was slow and the staff smoked in the breakfast room which was a non smoking area. Ming did not intervene. The rooms were good but there was an issue with small red beetles (typical for the area). They were annoying. The hotel could be great but staff did not add anything to the experience. We left early.”

• Wireless internet.
• Room lacked a balcony, crickets in the bathroom.

“Overall, the hotel was fine. We did not get a room with a balcony which was really important to me. The wireless internet was great. We could look up restaurants and attractions before leaving the hotel. The major drawback was the crickets that invaded the bathroom every night. :)”

• When we were there Tennessee had received 10 inches of snow and the view of the mountains were just beautiful from our hotel room.
• There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

“The location is great you have easy access to walk the entire strip in Gatlinburg and just close to everything right there at this hotel.”
