• The kitchenette was nice.
• The beds and bathroom were to small.

“For this particular Ramada inn, I felt like I was at a motel 6.”

• Continental breakfast and hours were excellent! Staff was extremely accommodating!
• Not a single thing!

“My 8 year old has a broken leg, (using a wheelchair) and staff was eager to make transport with her easy and efficient. Although we did not use handicap facilities, there was plenty of room for her to maneuver in the room. This was an extremely pleasurable experience form entire family. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast room and food were of excellent quality. I could not have been happier anywhere in Pigeon Forge!”

• The suite was large and comfortable and the hotel was very conveniently located!

• You have a great room with little kitchen so you spend less time out and less money.

“This is a great place for family and friends whether you are staying one night or four. The staff are great and once they see you they don't forget you. This is an all around great place to stay anytime for any event or travel occasion.”

• The room's set-up was cozy, love the fireplace!
• The hallways were kind of dim.

“The room would be perfect for semi-long term stay or family vacations. The kitchen has a stove, oven and even a dishwasher. If you plan to cook in the room, be sure to bring you own supplies. cabinets are bare. The bed was nice, huge, and nice. I almost felt like I had to pack and lunch to get to the other side :).”

• Location was good.
• Most critical, bed was uncomfortable.

“Not a modern structure, obviously has to be renovated. Hallways were dim and wall paper was in need of replacement. Our door stuck and was very noisy opening, had to have it repaired. There was washer dryer available but the dryer we used did not work. Continental breakfast was good. Would have liked an indoor pool or spa.”

• Seemed short-staffed; took far too long to get room made-up daily.

“Should have had better service for the price. Service was much better last year. Didn't seem to have enough help for busy time. ”

• The kids really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub.
• I misread the information about the rooms and they do have double beds but we were upgraded without problem.

“The hotel has a great location really close to Dolly wood. It also sits off the main parkway which we really liked. The swimming pool and hot tub were great and we used them often. The rooms were clean and even after a misunderstanding about the size of the beds in the hotel we were upgraded without problem. The hotel does have double size beds and not queen like most which may be troublesome to large persons. It is a very family friendly hotel and the staff were very helpful and polite.”

• Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
• Nice complimentary breakfast available, but could use 'child friendly' choices - chocolate donuts, child's cereal choice

“My family and I have stayed here twice in a three week period. The last time my brother and his family stayed as well. The location is excellent, staff are exceptional and for the price, the rooms and facilities are very nice. Rooms are large enough, well equipped and very quiet.”

• Everyone that we encountered at the hotel was extremely helpful and super friendly. They were an incredible staff.
• No indoor pool or sauna or Jacuzzi.

“This hotel is in an excellent location in Pigeon Forge. You cant get any closer to Dolly Wood, and it is centrally located between Sevierville and Gatlinburg, TN. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and they treat you like family not like tourists.”
