• Hot tube.
• Beds.

“Not moderan, bad parking, too noisie, too much traffic noise, noisie plumbling, too much noise after 10 p.m. partying by people or guest, breaskfast terrible, very over priced.”

• Hot tub. Nice continental breakfast.
• Outdoor pool not in season. Indoor pool was too cold.

“On this stay, we found the indoor pool to be too cold, which made the hot tub crowded because few people were using the pool. In the room, the refrigerator was vibrating badly, and I was getting waked up in the night to move it so it wouldn't vibrate as badly. There were also noisy guests (kids) hanging out outside our room that night, but that isn't the fault of the hotel. Weve stayed here before and have generally had very nice experiences, though. We will stay again.”

• Had to leave early and had no problem getting a refund for early check out.
• Noisy kids at the pool will cause me to make a different room choice next visit.

“A very nice hotel in a great location. Very centrally located. My only complaint was the quality of the continental breakfast. Cheap donuts and the biscuits and gravy had no flavor at all.”

• The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful.
• A lot of noise from other patrons late at night didn't reflect on motel though.

“Great place to take the kids and stay. Great free breakfast, more than just donuts! Great, clean pools, and the rooms are spacious and clean.”

• It was a very family friendly stay would highly recommend it to anyone. To expect a great stay.
• I have no dislikes

• Very clean.
• Only one elevator for the entire property.

“This is a older property but has been recently remodeled. I was very skeptical when I was booking the room, but pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Very clean rooms and pleasant staff. We arrived on Saturday and left on Monday the parking lot was over capacity on Saturday night. But the 24 hour security guard directed everyone were to park. I would stay again.”

• Very easy to get in and out of traffic. Price was excellent.
• Bed was not the most comfortable.

“We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now on our trips to the Smoky Mountains. It is a great price for a weekend trip. Breakfast is not the best, but it is included. Always clean, nice indoor and outdoor pool.”

• Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Staff is very friendly.
• Water pressure in shower was very low.

“For value for the money, I would put this hotel up against any others. We have stayed all over Pigeon Forge, and I can't think of a better experience than we had at Toni Inn.”

• Location, Ease of entering and leaving with heavy traffic.
• Having to stay on 3rd floor and they supply the cheapest toilet paper possible.

“All things considered it was a most pleasant stay and they had a very good continental breakfast.”
