• Fair price with a pretty good breakfast and the staff was very friendly!

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I booked it because it was a little farther towards the end of the parkway in Pigeon Forge than we usually stay. Once we arrived check-in was fast, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and quiet.”

“AC needed to be repaired, due to not operating right, requested different room, request denied, AC was only fixed on low fan setting after multiple complaints then after receiving emergency phone call and having to leave staff became very unfriendly.”

• Room had 3 queen beds and 2 rooms not something you can find at other hotels.
• Was like a suite with the number of beds and rooms.

• The carpet was extremely dirty and we had to ware shoes at all times in the room to keep from getting dirty feet.

• I really like the location and the layout of our room was nice.
• The fact that there is no elevator and the ramps can be a long distance from your room.

“Overall we were pleased with our room. We liked the way it was laid out with the fireplace and Jacuzzi in one room away from the beds and with a TV in each room. he steps were right at our room but it was quite a walk to the ramp. The hotel does show signs of age and usage.”

• I loved the room that we had. It fit our needs perfectly.
• We were on the 3rd floor. & no elevator.

• I really enjoyed everything about the hotel especially the location.
• I did nor like that the room service seemed to come by earlier each day and sometimes we felt rushed.

• It was very convenient to area attractions.

• The hotel is located in a less traveled area.
• I was disappointed that it was not the Ramada that I had stayed at before.

• I liked its convenient location to places in Pigeon Forge as well as Gatlinburg being right down the road. It was not hard to get out onto the road.
• I was not given adequate information like how long the pool was open and I was not told about the continental breakfast.

“Overall, it was a pretty good hotel. I did feel that I paid too much for the quality of the room. More information could have been told to me, but it was a quick and convenient place to stay for a mini vacation.”

• I liked the outdoor heated pool.
• We stayed 2 nights. The room was not cleaned to my satisfaction.

“The staff was courteous, but I did not feel the room was cleaned well. I loved the heated pool, but wish it had been more centralized. We were on one end, and the pool was on the other. But it was a nice stay.”

• Far away from everything in pigeon forge.

“This hotel was a little run down and everything inside the room was very dated. The refrigerator had 3 inches of ice instead of room to store food! Breakfast was limited to donuts and waffles.”

• Friendliness of service. It seems like the staff enjoys working there. Very nice.
• There was nothing bad about this Ramada.

“The room was great and located perfectly for our brief vacation. The friendliness of the entire staff was exceptional. The phone didn't work upon arrival but was remedied within 10 minutes. The continental breakfast was fresh and the waffles were a pleasant surprise. Would recommend this for any family or business traveler coming through Pigeon Forge.”

• Staff knew the area and recommendations were excellent.

“Located in the middle of a very busy area. Easy to find. The room was comfortable and met expectations. The staff was excellent. The free morning breakfast was good for being free. Parking was good and access to the main drag was great.”

• Carpet was nasty!!! We could not walk in the room with only socks, it was so dirty.

“This hotel has a great location. I wish the pool was indoors, but it was fine. The room was clean except for the carpet, it was nasty! I took my shoes off and walked across the room and my socks were filthy, I had to change them. They were black from the nasty carpet. I was very disappointed in that. I probably will not be staying there again.”

• That it was quiet at night and had a good quality of people staying there.
• That they allowed the same people to dominate the pool, hot tub area all day and night. I was unable to use the hot tub the first day at all.

“The hotel is clean and quiet. The employees are helpful and friendly. Realizing that it's families whose business they thrive on, I think they need to provide better for those of us without kids. We go there to relax and enjoy the facilities, as well. Either provide us with a hot tub of our own or ensure that the facilities are shared and available for all patrons.”

• Free wireless Internet in room, view of the parkway, next door to Kentucky Fried Chicken

“I booked the hotel room because it was the least expensive and also because it had wireless Internet, which I needed to use for business purposes. I checked into my room and got to work at the table that's right in front of the window, with a view of the parkway. It kept me connected with society. Everything in the room was fine and breakfast was fine too. The front desk staff, was friendly and worked at a fast pace. ”
