• Unpleasant staff.

“Sheets and rooms were not clean at all. Really very dirty. Would not change the sheets and refused to clean the dirty parts at all. Would not replace dirty towels and charge our cards for full length of stay even though we left due to sanitary reasons.”

“I will go back again. The motel is pet friendly. We took our dashound and had a good stay. The room did not have a pet odor. The staff was friendly. The location is great, spacious rooms and clean.”

• The beds were extremely comfortable with nice crisp clean sheets.
• The parking lot was a little difficult to reach and located at an extremely busy intersection.

“The room was extremely nice, came with all amenities and very clean and family friendly. If I had been traveling with 3 more people there would still have been plenty of bed space due to the extra roll out couch and more than enough room for everyone to lounge comfortably. If you are in the Dollywood or Gatlinburg area I highly recommend this hotel.”

• The mattresses were to rough on the back.

“This hotel is good if your traveling with pets, when we entered our room the air conditioner was not on and it smelled badly, my husband and I had to use Febreeze everyday until we no longer smelled it. The beds were really bad on the back, I could not sleep for the first 3 nights.”

• Clean and comfortable. A good value overall.
• The breakfast area was small and not very well laid out. The attendant would not speak to anyone.

“This motel accepts small pets and there were lots of people with dogs. Yet our room was quiet and no where in the motel did you get any animal smell. It was very clean.”

“Clean overall, Not very modern, if you are just using the room to sleep in it works just fine and our room was very spacious. The shower head was very low an average height person would have trouble rinsing their hair. The air conditioner may have trouble cooling in extreme heat. Other that those small problems this is a good value.”

• The room didn't have a dinning table, not even for one person and also the restroom didn't have an exhaust fan.

“The location was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast offered was not the greatest, but it was good enough. Overall I would stay there again.”

• The staff did an outstanding job. They went above the call of duty at all times. Motel was very clean, safe, and made us feel at home.
• Water pressure on shower was not good, but that was a city water problem and not theirs.

“This super 8 motel was one of the best I have stayed in of it's group. It was a great value and was spar clean. The staff went above the call of duty and was professional at all times. They helped us in many, many ways. I would recommend this super 8 motel to everyone who ask.”

• The Jacuzzi in the room was the only nicest part of the room.
• The bed was very uncomfortable.

“The hotel was ok, the Jacuzzi in the room was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good though. But the over all of the hotel I probably would not stay there again.”

• The hotel rooms were large and clean, with fridge and microwave.
• I liked everything about this hotel.

“This hotel was far superior to many. The rooms are large, especially when you upgrade to a suite with a sitting area. The standard rooms are also good. The hotel has laundry facility and a free continental breakfast that goes beyond most breakfast. This is a very clean Super 8 and I hope people do not discover it; as I am a little greedy and want it hidden for the next trip to Pigeon Forge.”

• It had a big king size bed, which was wonderful.
• Needs more hob channels on the TV.

“It was nicer than I thought it would be, loved being able to have own refrigerator, and microwave, it was great, it had a king size bed in it and it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in a motel before. I would recommend it to anyone. ”

• It had breakfast with doughnuts and bath and shower was big and very useful.
• The beds were uncomfortable and the continental breakfast didn't have a wide selection of food.

“The hotel was good for a short stay but not a long time. Behind the hotel was a graveyard which was kind of creepy. The breakfast wasn't the best and the bath and shower was big and spacious. The laundry room was kind of small and dirty and needed to have more washers and dryers because there was a lot of people.”
