• I liked that the rooms came with a safe.
• I wish the breakfast included eggs, and bacon.

• It was really close to Dollywood.
• The air conditioner was too powerful.

“I was very satisfied with the hotel. It was exactly what I expected. I wanted something close to my destination, Dollywood, and it was exactly that. The hotel seemed a little old, but I knew what I was getting, and I was happy with it.”

• We didn't receive a wake up call at 6;30 as told we would.

“The hotel is where the action was! We enjoyed the fireworks right over the hotel but not place to park with the comfort inn. Very friendly people was working at the hotel and a quick breakfast which was very good.”

• I loved the room; it was so nice with the fireplace.
• The continental breakfast could have had more to choose from!

• Was expecting a nicer room- wasn't attractive.

“Quality Inn is not a hotel, it is a motel, big difference, they stated they had an indoor pool, they lied! The pool was next door at Comfort Inn. I was very disappointed in the ugly room we stayed in. The bed was hard and lumpy and the whirlpool bath tub looked dirty. There is also no privacy in the bathroom, there were French doors that barely closed and had glass in them. I won't recommend this motel to anyone!”

• I did not like anything special about this hotel.
• Desk person rude in addressing me about shoes in front of other customers. No signs were posted.

“Desk did not ask for discounts. Had a sign but who can read all signs posted. Could not receive discount due to not telling them prior to checking in. Desk rude in addressing me on shoes when no sign was posted. Room service wanted to clean room too early.”

• The pool was beautiful and the Jacuzzi in my room was the nicest Id ever been in.
• Every one of the vending machines took money from me!

“Can't believe it was only a 2 star rating! It was very clean; the room was bigger than I imagined it would be, its in a perfect area for restaurants and shopping. I was very satisfied overall.”

• It was a block from Dolly wood.
• It was loud; the pool was small and disappointing.

“The pictures of the hotel make it look nicer than it is. The hotel is very old, dark, the pool is tiny, and with the outside doors. People were walking by and shouting and talking at all hours. It was too loud for my children and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.”

• Family oriented price wise also.
• Not enough chairs to accommodate amount of patrons in hotel to sit and view area.

“I must say that the overall experience of our stay was quite nice. Very clean and maintained well. The price was not as bad either.”

• Good beds, great tub, clean rooms and facilities.
• Listed as "0 miles from Hollywood", don't walk!

“Nice, clean room with very good mattresses. Whirlpool tub was excellent. All lights and appliances worked perfectly. Service was thorough and excellent. Pool was clean and grounds were well-maintained. It is closest to Hollywood, but don't try to walk the "0 miles" unless you need the exercise.”

• The decor and mattresses were worn out and rather uncomfortable.

“Overall, the hotel was well placed, but the rooms were worn. Not dirty, but everything looked old and used. The mattresses were old and dipped in the middle and not comfortable anymore.”

• Convenient location and accessible. Liked balcony!
• Construction going on right next door unavoidable.

• The 2 chairs were coming apart fridge not cold enough the lights between beds did not work poor lighting in room.

“We did enjoy our stay there. If they could fix a few things or lower the price it would be allot nicer. I like to read but it's hard to do without good lighting, a chair that's not broken.”

• Resort hotel full of people constantly. But we expect that.

“This was a really nice hotel to stay in. Staff friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Room was attractive and clean. Rate was a match for this room. Nice location. Quality in every way. Would recommend to others.”

• The in-room fireplace and oversize jetted tub were extra touches. Nice!
• The room where the vending machines and ice machine were was not very clean and the door appeared locked, although it actually was not.

“Location was good. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The fireplace was an extra nice touch, along with the king bed, sofa, fridge, micro and oversize jetted tub. The faucet was leaky, but did not make noise that disturbed us. We had a wonderful time.”

• The hotel was convenient to Gatlinburg, ten and in a lower traffic area of pigeon forge.
• The room we had was located right by the elevator and ice/drink machines. Noisy at times.

• The convenient location.
• The cleaning staff was way below average. The room was no where close to clean. The linens were okay, but the room was nasty!

“I liked the assistance from the front desk. I made the reservations for 10 people and was happy with the convenience of the location, but was very embarrassed by the lack of cleanliness. I have stayed in hotels all over the u. S. And would rate this quality inn as in need of a lot of improvement.”

• Older hotel and construction going on next door at time of stay.

• The room needs maintenance and updating.

“The lights and fan in the bathroom needed maintenance, they were noisy! The location is convenient but so are most hotels in town, the price was ok but we could have gotten the same price in better locations and newer hotels. It was ok, after all we had fun.”
