• Convenient, clean, good security.
• Loud slamming doors/rough towels.

“Everything was good except the doors made a loud slamming noise when each one was closed. Towels was very hard and rough, did not feel well to the skin.”

• Check out time!
• Everything. It was horrible.

“I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was very dirty and unpleasant. Hair on floor of bathroom. Moldy shower curtain. Carpet coming loose at door. Bed was hard as a rock and to make matters worse, there was no Internet connection. Staff kept telling us that it was our computer, but several people had the same problem.”

“Over all this was a nice clean friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Even after we checked in front desk called the room to see if we were satisfied with the room and if there were any issues that needed to be address.”

• Did not have an outside pool & inside pool was small.

“It was a great place to relax! Even though the pool was small, but it was comfortable. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean & comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends & family.”

• There were rocking chairs on the porch and gazebos.

“Our visit was to enjoy the Spring Rod Run car show. The convenient location of this hotel allowed us to travel around freely through Pigeon Forge without having to brave the extreme traffic.”

• Location/indoor pool.
• Highly allergic to smoking and was placed on floor with over half smoking rooms.

“Was placed in a room on the 3rd floor that was over half of the floor all smoking rooms. Called front desk about strong cigarette smoke coming into room and was advised at that time we were on a smoking floor (even though our room was non-smoking). Requested to be moved, however hotel had no other rooms available due to New Years' Eve weekend bookings. Next day hotel did run fans and open windows in hall to help eliminate smoke odor, but that night was the same way again. Every time you went into the hallway it was wreaking of cigarette smoke. The morning of check-out noticed bathroom ceiling above sink began to leak badly and drip over personal belongings. Advised front desk and showed the maintenance where the leak was coming from.”

• The trolley stop was located near the hotel.
• We were given a smoking room and when we requested move the staff would not let us.

“Overall, the hotel was Nasty! Our bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite sometime, and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff is not helpful and somewhat rude. We will not stay there again.”

• Nice, comfortable.
• Small pool, moldy shower curtain, pool closes too early, some certain food at the breakfast area.

“Friendly employees. However, the pool is too small and the whirlpool is right inside with the pool. I wanted hot whirlpool to soothe my aching feet from walking all day. One morning we had waffles. Then the next we had sausage and gravy which was not very good. Keep on serving waffles every day please. We wouldn't mind staying at your hotel again for a short weekend though. Thanks!”

• Was only there one night. Did not find anything at that time.

• A slight possible mold smell on first floor; not nearly as attractive as shown on internet.

• 2 king size beds instead of queen or full and free baby bed.
• Small pool and connected to hot tub.

“I loved everything about the hotel except the location, I would have rather it be closer to main attritions, and the pool was small and connected to the hot tub, there were lots of loud kids jumping over my head splashing me, etc. Even when I was in the hot tub area. And it uses a key instead of cards, they were harder to keep track of, and they only gave one.”

• The pool was wonderful and never crowded.
• There was some construction outside the hotel and it made visibility in and out of the hotel difficult.

“A friend and I took our small children to pigeon forge for a day and a night and stayed at the hotel. We had excellent service and the room was great. It was very spacious and very clean. Overall, the hotel was first rate. Would definitely recommend for other travelers.”

• Good location has a pool.
• Breakfast was very crowded, because of the two bus loads of elderly travelers staying there the same night as us.

“This hotel is basic. Has a great location, but could use some sprucing up. The price was OK, but we found out that there were many hotels in this area that offered better deals.”

• The hotel was clean and comfortable; the bathroom was spacious with good counter space for "his and her" toiletries.
• The whirlpool and pool were connected, thereby, cool temperatures.

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were looking for some R & R and were not disappointed. The breakfast bar was convenient and well stocked every morning--no matter what time we went down to breakfast. We would stay again. Good job!”

• Cheaper than any other we found.
• Front desk staff were a little rude when we first arrived.

“Hotel is okay. Rooms are nice. Staff a little rude during our visit (not everyday). Cleaning crew a bit quick to get you out so they can clean. However, overall, we were okay with the hotel itself and most of the staff. The young lady who keeps the breakfast bar did a wonderful job, considering all the people that were coming and going in the mornings.”

• Very clean and convenient to the sights we were wishing to see. Very friendly staff with coffee served all day and a wonderful breakfast.
• We had to ask for clean towels one day, but after that everything was great.

“Would recommend this hotel to others. Very convenient to Dixie Stampede, Dolly wood and other shows. Within walking distance to most sites. There are rockers to sit out and drink coffee and just watch the traffic and look at the beautiful mountains. Great stay. Very quite. Had an indoor pool and a great breakfast.”

• Location was convenient; we didn't have to fight traffic to get there.
• The breakfast was a little light and didn't have much variety.

“The hotel is located on the north side of Pigeon Forge, which was convenient because we didn't need to go through too much traffic to get there. The next day we got up early to go to Gatlinburg and traffic was not a problem. Overall the hotel was of good quality although the continental breakfast seemed a little light. I would stay there again.”

“The hotel was being remodeled. This would be a good thing, but the workers left the garbage in the hallways. The elevator was also broke. This wasn't that big of a deal but when you went up the stairs you had to maneuver around large rolled up pieces of old carpet that they were taking out of the rooms.”

• Wrong side of town, sort of run down, tons of kids.

“We wanted to stay in Gatlinburg and ended up 25 miles away here. Nothing to do near here unless you like to shop or Dolly wood. Neither interested us. The hotel was clean, but very noisy, doors slamming, plumbing noises, elevators moving.”

• The breakfast was outstanding -- plenty of food, a variety of food, even down to boiled eggs and plenty to drink.
• The hotel and room could have been a little cleaner, towels, etc should be washed in stain remover as they were badly stained

“The hotel was centrally located which meant that we didn't have to drive very far for entertainment. Breakfast was excellent. Noise level was very low. Rooms, lobby and hallway could have been cleaner, linens should have been free of stains.”

• We couldn't find cable stations but we checked in late and didn't spend much time on television

• I had no idea they would have an indoor pool and a fitness center. That made the trip even better.
• What can I say, It was more than I had expected for the price I paid. What's not to like?

“When I walked in the lobby it seemed to be a warm and cozy atmosphere. From the "front porch" to the room. There are not enough words to discribe how safe and comfortable it was. In fact my friend wants me to try to book her and her family at one of the Ramada hotels the next time they plan to visit Pigeon Forge.”

• The rooms were very neat, bathrooms quite clean.
• Staff was not very friendly. They didn't make my wake-up call in time; made me very late.

“The hotel in itself was pretty good. It was in a good location and the rooms were neat. However, the staff never impressed me as overly helpful, and giving me a wake-up call one hour late is absolutely ridiculous. That hour cost me 2 more in traffic. Not at all professional.”
