• Clean, safe, easy to check in and out
• We couldn't find cable stations but we checked in late and didn't spend much time on television

• I had no idea they would have an indoor pool and a fitness center. That made the trip even better.
• What can I say, It was more than I had expected for the price I paid. What's not to like?

“When I walked in the lobby it seemed to be a warm and cozy atmosphere. From the "front porch" to the room. There are not enough words to discribe how safe and comfortable it was. In fact my friend wants me to try to book her and her family at one of the Ramada hotels the next time they plan to visit Pigeon Forge.”

• Nothing stands out to write about.

“This was not a bad hotel, we have stayed in worse. There were only 2 towels that we were able to use. The others were dirty or had nasty stains. Also the trashcans are way to small and not enough of them. We only stayed one night and I had to leave breakfast stuff on the table with a note that there was no room in the trash cans to dispose of the garbage.”

• it was very clean and friendly
• it could have been a little closer to the middle of town

“The rooms were very clean and up to date. the hotel staff was very friendly it had an indoor pool that the kids loved.”

• Very clean, nice staff, clean rooms, in general great stay.
• Too many kids on the floor slamming doors, but .......

“Like I said, the staff was very kind, the hotel was clean and safe outside in the area we were in. It was a holiday weekend and lots of slamming doors early in the morning.”

• free breakfast nice room with nice furnishings indoor pool
• no shampoo in bathroom--thin walls (noise)

• Having a refridgerator and microwave in the room was great
• The cleaning staff are loud and start at 9 am

“This hotel was close to our favorite place to go, the Apple Barn and Cidermill. The hotel has jacuzzi suites so we may have to book one of those sometime when we're back up there. ”

“It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location near shops and entertainment. We really enjoyed the hotel. The continental breakfast was very good.”

“I found the Ramada Inn was clean and was in the right location just wish we could have stayed longer. The price was great and they had a breakfast bar with fresh coffee.”

“Really clean hotel with attentive, friendly staff. Located at seemingly less crowded part of Pigeon Forge (if there is such a thing). Somewhat small indoor pool, nice deluxe continental breakfast.”
