• Immediately I was greeted with a smile. I felt very comfortable as I walked inside the room. I didn't have to search when I needed a staff member.
• No room service.

“Our stay at the Clarion Inn Willow River was the most comfortable we have ever had in our 22 years of marriage. Thank you”

• The rooms were spacious and included a fridge. It was quiet and peaceful. They had a wonderful lazy river and a hot tub open 24 hours.
• The bed was not as comfortable as in some hotels, but it wasn't bad.

“I would definitely stay here again (and did, in fact, later on the same trip). It was clean, the employees were helpful and friendly, and the amenities were great (such as the in-room fridge, 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub, and outdoor lazy river).”

• The world's friendly-list people work in an absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean hotel.!!! Definitely coming back here again next year!!!!
• My son did not like the spider he found making a web on the balcony.

“Amazing !!! Beyond anything we were hoping for. Nice, Friendly, Close to Attractions without being in the middle of the noise of the main street. Absolutely beautiful!!! I'm telling all my friends to stay in this wonderful hotel if they ever go south. Thanks for your help in making this a exciting, very memorable trip!!!”

• Friendly staff, ultra-clean rooms.
• Location isn't the greatest.

“This is an outstanding hotel with first-rate service and ultra-clean rooms. The rooms are large and clean with nice amenities (like wireless Internet). The pool is small, but serviceable (didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked nice). The continental breakfast was average and ran until 10 am (which was nice). The only negative at all is the location in Sevierville is a decent drive (20 - 35 minutes) from many of the attractions in PF and Gatlinburg. But it is SO much nicer than almost all of the old hotels in town, for us it was worth the drive.”

• We especially enjoyed the 24 hour indoor pool and personal balcony as well as breakfast. The overall ambiance was appealing.
• There was nearby construction that woke us up very early in the morning.

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was more than expected and the proximity to the smokes was convenient.”

• Giant rooms with sofa and fridge.
• Traffic getting into Pigeon Forge.

• The hotel was decorated for Christmas and was lovely.
• I would have preferred a room with a king size bed, but one was not available.

“The hotel was clean and very attractive. I liked the indoor pool, but did not have time to visit it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.”

• Stately and beautiful, quiet and peaceful with nice amenities
• I did not find anything that I did not like.

“A very beautiful place to stay, out of the hustle and bustle of all the traffic, but still close to everything. We had a beautiful room and nice continental breakfast every day. The hotel is very stately and romantic. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. All staff were very friendly. We would stay there again in a minute.”

• Good location and good value for money.
• The "Gone with the Wind" theme was creepy.

“The hotel's exterior and lobby make it stand out among other hotels in the area. The rooms and ammenities are average. There is an indoor pool that stays open 24hrs. It is a good location, but if you interested in seeing the sights of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, you will have to drive a few miles. This can be tricky on the weekends during the busy tourist season.”

• Beautiful southern style hotel with indoor,outdoor pool, lazy river,& whirlpool. Refrigerator and sofa in rooms. Great breakfast.

• Beautiful location , Beautiful hotel , Great pools and excellent Staff!!!!

“If you are looking for somewhere great to stay that is a little out of all the hectic craziness of pigion forge this is the place.. next to the river and you can look out your window watch fire flies light up and the wonderful lazy river and pool. Great rooms are beautiful and so big. We came back through and stayed another night”

• Spacious room, clean, and sharp looking facilities. Excellent continental breakfast. Wonderful pool facilities.
• Distance from Pidgeon Forge.
